  1. I had the same problems with two of my boots. At one of my boots I put a piece of rubber, neonprene at the spot, the material they use for wetsuits. Worked fine with me. The other boot I didn't fix a thing, I only used better insoles so my feet couldn't move, my heels were fixed, and cranked the boots real tight. Hope you will solve the problems, otherwise your snowboarddays really sucks with this pain. Greets, Hans.
  2. Got mine within 3 days, thanks bomber!
  3. I have this board about eight years with 40 days riding on it and it looks brand new. No topsheetproblems at all. The problems were just with the longer, bigger GS boards of Volant, I think it were the 172/173. But for now I have more fun with my SWOARD 168H. I have used my Volant once last year for sandboarding in Germany. Greets, Hans.
  4. You can roll the thing if there is wax in it. I brush it out with a hard plastic brush which I also use for my board to get the wax off. It's a result of using too much wax. I iron my boards and skies of my son and wife once a season and furthermore with this great tool. Greets, Hans.

  6. These boots are a special edition of the SB 225 the former boots before the SB325. These limited editions came originally with two different kind of tongues and a stepin sytem. I have had the SB325's and they were comparable to the stiffness with the AF700/Indy's. May be if these boots are with more flexible tongues, you can indeed compare them with Suzuka's. Nice boots these special editions. Just the sendingcost and customs holds me back from buying. Greets, Hans.
  7. As I heard and read about the UPZ boots, they have changed this season. They have got a full leather innerboot, some problems about flexing has been solved (tongue is better, more flexible) and the innerboot is higer than the one before. I think it's all about personal preference. I now have three hardboots and I ride them all three. My northwave .900 for extremecarving, my Strolz Raceplates and AF700 for bomberstyle at my new Coiler this season. And of course my Strolz Raceplates, they fit the best because they have a full leather innerboot just custommade for my feet only. You can read about here about the new UPZ boots also: http://www.virus-snowboards.de/com/index.php?sub1=2&sub2=5&sub3=1 Just try them on for at least a half hour, boots are the most important piece of equipment of your snowboardfun. Greets, Hans.

  10. Oxygen snowboards are made by Atomic, Austria at Altenmarkt. For example Blue Tomato sells them, they almost have the whole alpine line. www.oxgensnowboards.com Greets, Hans.
  11. What's this? What's the problem with this board that you can't push it too hard? Some explanation about this because Coilers are one of the best boards money can buy. I just got my RaceCarve 180 II but haven't tried it. So some experiences would be appreciated. Greets, Hans.
  12. I have some questions about this upgrade: - how much will this kit raise your bindings? - will lateral movement increase? - how about the 'feeling' , will the effect be less direct steering? - some other experiences? Greets, Hans.
  13. Unbelievable, this isn't normal, We haven't seen any snow here in Europe yet. I am gonna move to the US I think. Can't wait to try my new baby Coiler. Have fun. Greets, Hans.

  18. This MUCHO thing is the most incredible board I have ever seen Nils told there will be one over the 2 m. It's gonna cost you. Greets, Hans.
  19. I use the products from RAY at a daily bases when I am in the season. These products are easy to use, do the job well, simple and fast, and are cheap. http://www.alpineskituning.com/ Before the season starts I give my board and skis one hotwax with an iron, scraper and some nylon and steel brushes (all products from TOKO). I have some graphite repair candles to fill up deeper holes. A gummie for my skis and some sandpaper to do the steel edges. An edge sharpener from tooltonic. Greets, Hans.
  20. Bruce must have read this topic (just kidding), just got an email from him that my COILER is ready to ship. for BRUCE. Greets, Hans.
  21. I ordered a Coiler 180 RaceCarve II with full options and some 'dutchy' orange flames on it, can't hardly wait to try this new one. Have heard only satisfied customers at this forum so far, so it must be good :D :D (have been waiting a year now) Greets, Hans.
  22. POGO LONBOARD EURO 879.-- is USD 1030.-- So I think you got the wrong exchange rate. http://www.pogo.biz/shop/product_info.php?products_id=119 Greets, Hans.
  23. I use 30/25 centered at my POGO Longboard 175. FLOWbindings flat, no cant no lift, goes like :D :D First I had stances like 45/40 and 40/35. But these low stances I like best, more control. Just race and carve and use this stances also in the soft, deep snow. Greets, Hans.
