  2. you will be able to ride again. SES? We'll have to ride together again; I think I'm getting good and am in need of being put back in my place!! JC
  3. Very nice. A very good start to the season here in the east, but not quite the amount of snow ya'll got in CO. I hope it keeps up until SES. See you in Feb! JC
  4. I have TD1's and some 27 af600's. $150 for both picked up JC
  5. I bought my first hardboot set up from them in '94. They had more snowboards than all the other shops in the area combined. They also put out a magazine for awhile. The shop lasted maybe 2-3 years or more and then became part of a small bicycle shop and then I never heard about them again.
  6. I did that a few years back with TD1's because I wanted stepins and Bomber was out of stock on the heel receiver. I had access to some F2 heel pieces and was able to make them fit. Pokkis, could you tell me why you have done this? Thanks JC
  7. Hey Pokkis, Is that a F2 heel receiver mounted on a Bomber TD2 plate? Jim
  8. keep me in mind, as I'm planning on attending. I'm in S.W. CT. JC
  9. If there is such a thing, I want to come back as PaulK
  10. I had another fantastic vacation thanks to Fin and Michelle organizing this event. I had a tour of Bomber( thanks Luke). I met lots of really nice people(JP-check your toolbox and many, many thanks) and the Carvefathers helped me break through to the next level in my riding. I even managed to bring home a wknd sailing cruise and my wife is psyched for that.(she is much happier than if I brought home another pair of bindings!!:)) Sat. after the SES was a total bluebird day with temps in the high 20's, very little wind, and plenty of groomed. What a fantastic way to end it. I hope to see you all next year. JC
  11. I am planning on riding at Beaver Creek on 2/9. Can some of you local folks suggest some terrain for an intermediate cruiser carver? Thanks JC
  12. Post your weight and height and plenty of people more knowledgable than myself will most likely offer the help you need. Reading responses to a question like yours is how I chose my board. Welcome back. JC
  13. I have a pair that I don't want. Email me: jimcheen@aol.com
  14. I ride with a step-in on the rear foot only(goofy) and I'm looking for an Intec left heel. If any body has the lever from the inside of a left heel, I could convert my right heel to a left. I have an unused right heel if anybody wants to trade a right heel for a left heel. Please contact me at jimcheen@aol.com. Thanks JC
  15. I found this by searching on BOL. Enjoy
  16. I like bookit.com for finding Aspen area lodging. The site shows a wide variety of properties in all price ranges. It seems most places have a pool or access to one. Another site I've had good luck with is vrbo.com. This consists of owners renting their properties which usually means less fees and taxes. I hope to see you there JC
  17. I was about 120 miles from home picking up my daughter from college. I parked my car where it was not supposed to be parked and it was towed. In the car were my two alpine boards picked up from PTC just minutes earlier. All I thought about when I saw the car gone was my snowboards.:D It all had a happy ending after visiting the atm and taking a 45 minute walk to the towing company. JC
  18. I survived my fall motorcycle trip and now it is time for me to start making reservations. See y'all 2/10/07 JC
  19. After viewing those images, I don't feel so bad about the 4" of H20 in my cellar!!
  20. J.Callen I could use some trail choice suggestions. Snowmass is huge and I see lots of potential looking at the map. How about a map for advanced riders and one for us intermediates? Thanks Jim C.

I recently picked up some TD2's and am looking to unload my old bindings. They are sprung in the heel standards with 0 and 3 degree cants and they are standards( not stepin). Very good condition. Cant plates are 3-hole compatible. I am asking $120 picked up. email me at jimcheen@aol.com if you are interested. JC
