  1. Did you add the velcro pieces to the ankle areas to force your heel into the boot?
  2. I bought another set of This Sport for my running shoes and a pair of Signature EV Ultra for my casual shoes. I heat molded them and they are awesome! They are not in tight boots, so harder to tell how they formed, but feel so much better to walk/run in.
  3. So I have been getting ready for the season and started working on the boots. I threw in a pair of Sole Thin Sport footbeds and they made a world of difference. I haven't heat molded them yet, but the arch pain instantly went away just wearing them in the house. They seem to have done the trick so far, time will tell once on the hill, but ok for now. http://www.yoursole.com/products/footbeds/thin/sport/
  4. I heard the ads on the radio today when I was in Richmond. I am going to guess it is all skidder stuff that will be 20-80% off. I doubt you fill find ANY alpine stuff there unless it is really dusty.
  5. I got an email from Dan Yoja and he has the new ATB boot as well.
  6. It is 7% for duty, unless there isn't a company in Canada that makes the same items. Then it is 0%. Snowboards may or may not get through without paying it. I sent the BX board I just bought to my drop box in WA state for pickup.

If the original poster isn't interested, can you send me over some pix and the specs?
  8. There were no fit issues with having a 2 size larger liner in the boot? I have the UPZ 26 liners in my RC10 26 boots, but my left foot is a 26.5. I am thinking that a 27 liner might work better on that side to give me a little more room, but I wasn't sure it would fit.
  9. You can get anything you want to Australia, it is just going to cost you for shipping. I recommend checking out www.priorsnowboards.com and picking up one of their ex-demo boards that they have listed. I purchased a new 4WD from Prior last year, but since I am within 4 hours of their factory and was already in Whistler, I bought it onsite. They ship all over the world currently though. New boots can be purchased online once you know your mondo point size. Go to a local ski boot shop and have them measure your foot. I did this and got a measurement of 26.5-L and 26.0-R. I then bought UPZ RC-10 MP26 boots from http://www.upzboots.com/ which is also 4 hours away from me. Dan shipped them to me and they fit perfectly. I also bought Snowpro race step-in bindings to go with the boots from the same place. They are designed to work with UPZ boots, but I had a set of bombers TD2 before and I really liked them too. Like I said before, if you pay the shipping, most people will ship wherever you want. :) Be patient and used stuff will show up on here as well.
  10. I bought some Deeluxe GTS boots for $95 last night. They might be crap, but for the price I am sure they will be fine for the small amount of soft boot carving I intend to do.
  11. Picking up my seasons pass for Sun Peaks today, now I just have to will it to snow.
  12. Ah, I will change the wording.
  13. I am not a Catek employee, but I do know what it is like to have family emergencies and deaths of people close to you. Show some compassion and let them catch up, it is summer...you can't board anyway. :D
  14. LIFO makes it easier as they will be dealing with the last email that was sent instead of finding the first and tracing through the list to get to the last. I have had several tragic events over the last couple weeks at work (NOT AT CATEK) and it is a struggle to even get through the day at times so getting any product out will be a huge hurdle. Hope everything is going as well as it can.
  15. I have low arches, but a set of footbeds should fix it all up. All boots force my feet flat and they hurt in every boot though.
  16. Please buy these from me.
  17. First buyer can't decide, back on the market.
  18. Thanks for the tip Tom. I have a small screwdriver set that fits in your pocket and is round everywhere so I won't be stabbed. I will tighten everything up on the hill when it is cold so that it stays tight.
  19. Pull the liner out of the boots, look at the food bed, and post the number. However, if you had them punched out, they will be larger than the actual number. Here is an example of the Head 27.5 boots I have for sale.
