2011/12 sg 185 full race titan
Snow was 2" of man made tilled in just barely frozen granular. Great for a softy but scary in hardboots. I have never ridden this new to me board and honestly, was a bit scared of it. Small sidecut boards are easy and nimble but this was white knuckle for me...advice? Felt like it didn't want to turn even if tipped over
Leaving Torrance for first chair. Have to leave in time to make it to Huntington Beach by 5:30 pm. Have to get kids from after school. Bringing everything...
I just picked up 2 bomber 4mm plates. 1 4x4 and 1upm. Several boards I will be bringing. I'm just going to stuff my board bag and everything is coming up to the lodge at June with a combo lock. All are welcome to try whatever I'm not on..

I have been in Ruroc's for going on 5 seasons. That helmet did what it was supposed to do. Give its life for its wearer. My Ruroc's have save me from many tree whacks to the face and their goggles are un paralleled in peripheral vision and anti fogging. My helmets have also cracked and broken due to impact. Any reasonable helmet should. I know I have thwarted concussions on more than one occasion with my Ruroc in place. I tried MTB and extended jaw protection masks and always hated how far the jaw/chin extended. I like how close the mask is to my face and the detachable mask with home made tether is great for showing the ladies who was slaying those sweet turns.
Only able to do this weekend. I'm on the hook with kids any other dates so I'll be there regardless. Would like to carpool/share lodging if possible. Also may have lodging available I. ️Mammoth. I can carry 4 additional passengers as long as you don't mind gear stacking up in the aisle of my AWD MINI VAN... It's BYODVD....
Just seeing who out there is interested in getting together up at June. Last year was an informal gathering but I did see many familiar faces and would enjoy doing it again. Looks like the storms may be stacking up for a late season push and the 3rd weekend of March would be great timing.
Let's get the ball rolling, arrange some carpools and lodging and bring everything you have!!
It was good! Had a great time. Carving conditions not ideal but lucky shot was fun this morning and riding with old friends and throwing down beers at the elk is a wonderful thing I missed over the last 20 years
Crickets. Well I will be there regardless. No body rides Crystal... and their season, as well as everyone else here in the far west knows is pretty bad. Either way, I'm making the best of non refundable air fare and lodging
