Kimo - Good news on the MRI! And, I didn't realize your back was that uncomfortable the other day. Sounds like a good window to get some rest. Besides, it's going to be 60 here today and the golf courses are open - OH MY!
Thor (Stan) told me he's already picked out the wig he's going to wear for the event. For your sake, you better hope he doesn't go with the mini-skirt he was talking about.
Based on sole length - I beleive your boots are a 28. They use certain universal parts (tounges, etc) that have the 28 -30 markings. Sole length is your boot size and the other parts are then used
kickin day!!! Play and work all accomplished in one fell swoop.
Jen, it was nice to finally meet you and hope the rest of the day was fun.
Weezy Jefferson ( I mean Thor) was at it again with the lungs but at least he kept them inside today.
I hear it's snowing in Vail right now as well!!!!
Fun Fun Fun
I've had those bindings in the past and was able to drill them out on my own. Be careful to drill with more gap length wise versus top to bottom. If you over drill the hole in the up/down axis, you will always have some play.
Start with a smaller drill bit and increase as needed.
Good luck!!
Thanks for asking!
It was a bit scary on the drive up to say the least. I have been rehabing just about every day since the injury but I'm still not 100% which doesn't help the nerves.
Anyhow, first run was a bit tentative and awkward. It's hard to drive the front leg (the broken one) to the outside. Toe turns are not an issue but the heelside took some warming up. Runs two and three were much easier than the first but still awkward. I think it's going to take time on the mountain as the next step in my rehab which is not a bad thing.
Hope to go back up on Wednesday and then have the following two weeks off to continue the rehab process i.e. crank some turns
I got to keep my pride - aka - all of my boards
Actually, yes, I'm fine in the got to keep things camp. I just need to recover from the leg break all is good with the world.
