If I recall, you simply need to reverse (flip over) the pull arm on the F2 sets. I cannot speak about fintec heels but I'm pretty certain I've done this with F2 sets. That is why they have the cable routing hole on both sides of the cover plate. to accommodate left or right routing.

FYI - I'm 99% certain that if you unscrew the top plate, you can re-route the cable to be used as either a left or right pull.

Board is stiff - probably 180 plus rider weight. As for condition, it is in overall good condition, plenty of edge and base life left. I'd recommend a new grind for next season but it rode fine as is. I'm just prefer a fresh base
