  1. one point to possibly consider is sidecut i know of no other production board that has the sidecuts of a nidecker ex: their old megalight, 167, had a 6.5 sidecut my 165 nidecker (2003) comes in at 7.6 most boards would be 8.5 - 9.5, at least i suggest checking the specs on the other boards i like the sidecuts on nideckers pc

i've been beating down a cough all week hope to be there this weekend i wonder if riding in minus 40 in heavy winds had anything to do with it ? maybe i should wear more clothing , . . pc denver

  7. during the 2nd / 3rd week of april last year: (mostly weekend riding, that is) 5 inch powder day whiteout conditions winter conditions 90 minutes of good carving melt freeze as mario said, expect anything i'd bring an all mt board and a carving board and backcountry gear if you are into it Abasin and loveland stay "winter" longer because of the elevation come on down and let us know when let's put it this way: it will be far superior to the 5 days i spent in valdez last spring waiting, and waiting, for the weather to clear . . . pc denver

    Yo Lci!!

keep in mind that sunday may be like it has been all week: a madhouse. i would assume you could get in about 2 hours of excellent carving, and then it's very busy on the hill today, friday, i was done at 10:45 pc denver

  13. today, saturday, was somewhat rigorous i was afraid to look at the temp, but it was probably single digits -- either above or below zero the wind was noticeable, possibly gusting as high as 50 mph i made sure to sit between mario and dustin on the lift, both for wind block and self preservation the idea that you would subject yourself to this AGAIN on sunday is hard to imagine i'll most likely see you there pc
  14. i'm in for sat or sun or both too many variables right now pc

  23. well said, Ink add to that: it's a ski area, not a resort you can park close in, so it's easy to switch boards the groom is usually very good it's often cold and windy best reason: great folks to ride with pcdenver
