If I am reading this right, @Shred Gruumer new board is 19cm wide. So a pretty normal width by carving standards, maybe wide for skwal standards.

What is that car train all about?
19 km tunnel, they use trains to shuttle cars and truck through it. Heinz thought that footage would be a good way to open and close the video. I like how it worked out.

@SunSurfer I had been busy with work training since immediately after MCC, and was able to tie the 4 days into the end of training. It was great to be back on snow after 5 weeks away.
The Euros all seemed to know of MCC from our Facebook and Instagram popularity. I would suspect as the world gets to be easier to traverse we will see them at MCC.
Just like all of the carvers I have met in North America, the Euros were welcoming and instantly amazing friends.

What @johnasmo and weight from your front foot through the tail, keep the nose light.
Boards that you can tighten up turns on the tail help also.

@slabber it will eventually fall apart.
Good on upgrading to a modern board. You will end up throwing away the old stuff when you get the new ride dialed in. Donek and Winterstick also have spectacular options, and you will get them this season.

@slabber Deeluxe size 26mp, 65f 62r 18 works great for me.
Lots of us set binding angles based on board width, to minimize toe and heel drag.
Not sure why you would go wider than 18 if your current angles are working at 17.7.

Normal for a 20+ year old board.

This kit can help get the heel to lock in better. The foam sticks to the inside shell of the boot.

This is the moment I lost my ID and CC at Whitefish yesterday.
I did not realize until later in the morning that I had lost them. Was not even sure if I put them in that pocket. Searched in car at lunch and found nothing. Later that day on Ed's Run saw a black stripe in the snow, hiked back up to investigate, @Cuban Carving Gooding said he thought he saw another something to the skiers right. Found both my CC and ID! Lottery tickets purchased after riding. I'll let you know if the luck carried through.

It is a board @johnasmodesigned last spring. Ask him about the details. I loved it so much from testing it last spring I got one just like it. Colorful onsie not included.
