I rode Elk on Sunday-spring conditions and limited terrain but had a great day as the mountain was empty and my favorite run-the one under the quad was open and empty. Heading up to Elk again on Friday-It is Buckmans day or something-discounted tickets were available at Buckmans but were limited-Joe

bw-I met Chip at Sugarloaf several years ago -I think last year he told me his son was a hardbooter-tell him Joe and Denise said hi-I guess I will meet you at MAC tracs if I can make it? Chubz-snow has my schedule all messed up this week-Just got done plowing all night and I am going to bed now-I will try to give you a call tomorrow

teach-that is one heck of a ride for a day trip:eek: we go every year for a week-great mountain but too far of a drive from pa for anything short of an extra long 3 plus day weekend

I will be at Blue on Monday-anybody else-Don't think I will get first tracks as we are taking a few niece's with us but should be there late morning-I believe it is Buckmans customer appreciation day or something= discounted lift tickets from Buckmans-wife got the tickets so I do not have the details on that. Eric, I am headed up to Maine on Sat. for all next week but would like to get together when I get back to try out those Catek Freerides- I would love to throw them on my soft boot board for a test run-Are you only at blue on weekends?? Gets a little to crowded there on Sat. for me but I will suffer through it to ride those bindings!! Have you boys been riding on Sundays?? For some reason I have a huge mental block over going to Blue on a weekend so we have been going all the way up to Elk(no crowds and snow has been great the last couple of weeks). So how crowded are Sundays? I would like to ride with you guys-I am in need of some pointers to bump it up a notch!! Anyone riding weekdays?? I am headed up to Maine next week(Sugarloaf) but will be in better shape to hit it hard when I return. Greg-I am in for BMES again-I will make any date work! Joe

Was out all morning until about 1pm. Snow holding up nicely, firm in the am and softening up a bit by lunch. Lets hope the rain holds off for a few days.
