Sorry about this everyone, the hosting company we use is still looking into this. Hope to have some answers soon.

By any chance did you recently do any updates?

Specifically update your forum php software?

Guess not, it is now 3.8 yours is currently 3.6

My guess is the attachments and their location no longer match ?

Or chmod your attachments directory to 777 (writable)?

Check / Admin CP -> Attachments -> Attachment Storage Type
