BlueB
Look at this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200196317105 Volant sold for the price nearing the used titanal stuff... Btw, it went from 121$ to 311$ at the last 15 seconds. Shill?
eaglez
Is that thing worth $311???? You are right B, you can get a used Titanal board for a bit more that that. If you can find one. D.
bobdea
it's not worth 31 never mind 311 if you can ride because as soon as you bend it it will break.
pokkis
Dont agree, we have/had 2 of them and no problem with them. Yes, i know basic problem with these boards, but as long as they work, they work great way. But must admit that new titanal boards are different animals. But some folks prefer these old ones too. And if i would collect old stuff, these would be must in collection, just like Burners. Great stuff both, must ones for collection.

I swear those of you who don't have problems with them must of gotten different batches that used different epoxy or something that makes them hold together better. they do ride nice with or without the failures. Burners failed too but with them it was predictable and as long as we did not land on the tails or stuff the tails they were fine.
pokkis
I never looked for seial numbers, so i can not say are these close to each other or late ones. Hans
Had one for years too, was very fast and stable on steep pists. You could throw the board around the edges/turns without a problem. Never had any problems with delaming either. Just heard that this was only a problem with the longer one. Sold it last year to a russian guy for a price equal to the one that was sold on ebay now. It's just a collectors item!!!
pokkis
Paula has loved also her 162, but i will sell last one away as soon she gives permision for that, hopefully after Oppdal Carving-Camp whe she has compared that to her current favourite board, titanal 163 They are totally different animals anyway. Dan
D'oh, sold an NOS one for $50 to my riding buddy last year. At least it's still in the "family".
Silver
I still have mine and keep it! It is the original Agression version just before Volant baught the factory and put its brand on it. No delaming issue with it. It rocks, especially on icy slopes!!!
