jtslalom
We finally got it. Northern NJ received about 8 - 10 inches of snow mixed with some sleet. Happy day for the mid-atlantic. I'm told that places in New England will receive up to 30 inches. It's about time for the north east.
BoarderYUL
Yeah Jay Peak is expecting a lot.. In Montreal, we got a little 4 inches for now and still expecting 5 or 6 more... Not as big as expected yesterday, but who will complain huh ?
skategoat
Here in Toronto, it's falling as light, dry powder. I'm thinking seriously about strapping on the board and cutting some fresh tracks at the local golf course.

Ernie00
just back from jay peak with my students and it was AMAZING ! Wow, I'm happy I decided to go with the freeride board. It was snowing hard, all day and conditions were amazing ! The drive was a pain from and to Montreal but who cares when you get that snow and we had a driver. We tried to convinced the bus driver to say that the conditions were too bad and he couldn't drive back to Montreal so we'd be able to ride tomorrow he was tempted but couldn't do it. Derf
Lucky you! At least I got to go snowshoeing on the Mount Royal after supper. It was quite good. I'll see if I can go snowboarding this weekend, but I don't know if I'll find time between the Montréal bike show and my GF wanting to go cross country skiing.
