I ride both 168 UP, 169 Alp. The UP has a 20cm waist/ Alp 21.5 UP is a little stiffer but holds ice better. I use it in powder up to 1'. Alp has softer tip floats better . I'm 5'6" 180 and have to watch the pressure on the tip on the softer groom so I don't fold the nose. The 169 would hold speed better, but 162 better for narrower trails quicker turns. I get high speed wobble on that short of board, but I ride wider longer runs. since you only get out 3-4 times I'd go with the UP162 work on turns and push it to it's limit .

Hi Yes it has Dani Kiwi Merier on the tail. Living in So. Idaho we don't get deep pow to often. So It only get ridden once every year or two. I need to thin my quiver of boards that don't get ridden enough... Charlie

Scrapster It handle everthing else great. I ran Burton Race plates on it. It held great on hard to icy groom and would blow though the cut up and crud. When I got it in 1.5/2 ft it made me work more than my other boards. You would be 2nd in line if you wanted it. Charlie

Dave here are the best pics I could get. It is about 3/8" long about 4.5" from the tip and 3" where the edge would touch the snow. No edge or base damage. It only needs a dab of expoy to seal it. Charlie

I have a 164 Oxygen supercross that has about ten days on it. I got it for powder but is too stiff, Holds an edge on anything. Works great with hard or soft boots 164cm progressive sidecut of 9.5/8.5 tip 28.9 waist 24 tail 28.9. It is cap constrution with a powerwing system for torsional stiffness. Look like Utah is going to be spring like early next week. Park City lows 23/25 Highs45/55. Hard in the morning soft by noon to one. Hoping to get a strom by thur/fri. I'll be there tue- fri hoping to ride Snowbird and snowbasin. Charlie

The aysm Alps were only made 95. . I have a green woodgrain 163 and a blue woodgrain 170 . Both great boards that hold an edge, work great for moguls, and less than a foot of pow. Charlie

Go with the blue springs. I'm 180# and use 125's and 323's with blue springs that I use 80% of the time. I use red springs when its super smooth and I want to push the speed limit of the board and turns. Charlie

I used a set like that for three years with no problem with breaks. They fit ski or older UPS boots better than newer Raichles. With the Raichles unless they were real tight the heel would shift a little on the flat spot. Charlie

Hi I'd go with the Wire. The Wire changed to the Coil. It should have about a 21cm waist and the nose is a little soft but a good board to play with. Good Luck Charlie
