Ski school 1 Ski school 2 Aspen Extreme Out Cold Hot Dog Extreme ops

  5. I'd like to get some information on this model, it's HOT drive, from 2001-2002. http://www.hammersnowboards.com/products/hotsnowboards/2001_2002.php Anyone ever tried one of these? Thanks Ernie
  6. Thanks for all the great info.. ! I think the people who lived here before me didn't even own a screw driver. Good thing they only lived here for a year and a half if not some crazy damage would have been done to the house from the lack of maintenance. I've already seen some crazy stuff and it's only been a week. They redid some wirering for a dishwasher and in between the drywall they used scott towels for insulation. Their fridge couldn't get in the opening they had so they probably used an axe to make it fit. What a nasty Brand new Wood cabinets. (I already knew about that one) . My latest find was, the water heater. We were wondering why we didn't get a lot of hot water.. took the time to check it out today and the lower heating element is not working. Like they didn't know ? Now it's not possible to to prove when it stoped working. The rotten smell from all the left over food and garbage is starting to go away but it's still has a very humid smeel, I haven't washed with bleach or anything yet as I have still have lots of stuff to put away. There was 4 sheet of dry wall in parts and pieces on the floor of the garage. Hopefully when the trash comes this week I'll be able to get everyting out for good. My agent says we can't do anything about it... But I am still receiving lots of mail for them.. heheheh No worries the boards are in the basement with a Dehumidifier. They have been waxed a long time ago. I'll try the opening of the garage door technique for the rest of this week because there isn't any windows. Ernie
  7. We just bought our first house and moved in.. after 2 hours of clearing the other owner's trash that they left in the garage I can see the floor. The garage has a really humid smell and fell. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done that is not too expensive. One of the possible problem that I see is that I have a huge drain in the middle but the drain pipe in the hole there, is only halfway down. So pretty much there is always a foot of water laying in the bottom. Would clearing this help? Any other solutions or ideas ? Got a few things to take care of... but I will post my new board rack soon. I promised my wife I would paint and do the moldings in our master bedroom first. ;) Thanks
  8. it all depends what you do and why you do it. For 95% of the population a normal +- 2000 calories a day meal will be more than enough. Considering you are eating enough from all the groups. For athletes it's differents, good supplements can help you build more body mass faster, give you more endurance or as simple as give you more calories. There is so many supplements out there and so many opinions about them it can be very confusing. When I'm weight training a lot, I like to take a meal replacement, gives me the extra energy, there are some important vitamins and proteins. I still need to eat my 3 meals a days with good food. If you spend 2000 Cal a day and you eat for 3500 cal .. there might be a problem in the long run. Ernie
  9. I do everything myself except basegrinds. I don't really like leaving my boards to shops, here in Montreal no one I really trust well with the boards. Preparing the board takes some time but at least it's done the way I like it. Also it has become a ritual so it's actually part of the riding and very relaxing. Makes me disconnect for a few minutes. This was taken about a month ago when I waxed and tuned the boards for the summer, Right in my kitchen in our small appartement. I'm getting my new house and garage/workshop in 2 weeks. I reallly can't wait.
  10. If you are anything like me and are the DIY kind of person. Take a look at this. After a lot of sanding, staining and varnish the results are pretty good. I used 7 ply and added some camber with the weights. http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate1.jpg http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate2.jpg http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate3.jpg http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate4.jpg http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate5.jpg http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate6.jpg.JPG http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate6.jpg.JPG http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate8.jpg.JPG http://www3.sympatico.ca/veroba/skate9.jpg.JPG

  13. A division 23 Marc morrisette snowboard. Old board that my sister was using last year and she loved it. Went to the bathroom and it was gone. The board was 7 years old and it was about to be retired as a bench for my basement. Everytime I go riding, I'm hoping to see the board under someone's feet. Ernie

    Binding

Actually the delay was probably at your U.S. customs .. The package probably made it in 1 day to the customs / border and then this is where most packages get delayed not because of our horses. ;) As for the tracking, I'll agree with you it's awfull ! I've had the same problem when I send a board a few weeks ago to Colorado.
  21. I'm intrested. I can give you a picture of my coiler for shipping to Canada ? would that work ? Let me know for shipping to Canada please. Thanks Ernie
  22. I have a brand new sims burner 167 split tail that I will be selling. The board still has all factory stickers on it and the original price tag (675.99$) Please e-mail me to talk about a possible price or trade for this board. Needless to say the board is in perfect condition. I am putting the board available to bomber members first and if there is no taker it will be going on ebay. I will post pictures tonight of it I am currently at work.
  23. yup there is 2 cm set back on the board.
  24. year is 2001 18 cm waist 23.5 cm nose and tail I don't have the radius but it looks like it should about about 10 M I hope this helps Eric
  25. Time to do some spring clean up. Up for sale is a Sims burner 162, in great conditions. The board has been out about 20 times. Pretty much all the edge is left and there is no rust at all. . Not even in the inserts. The base is very clean with no scatches or holes. There is a small scatch about 3/4 of an inch long (see picture) in between the legs on the top sheet from someone falling off the chairlift but it won't affect the ride. Other than that the board is great. Lots of camber and lots of spring. You can barely see the bindings spots on it. Asking 200$ shipped and insured anywhere in the States and Canada. Please contact me if you need information.
