Thanks Scrapster,
I found the A-frame much stiffer than other free-ride boards that I've tried(burton and ride)so if the S.W. is stiffer,it'll be pretty wicked.
I think that I'll pick up the S.W. as it should be completely different than the A-frame,at least I'll be able to keep up with the skiers while I'm on softies.
Thanks for the info.
Thats what I was thinking of doing, but I bought a Prior boarder cross and it carves like its on rails(softies) I have my Silperbfeil, when i want hard boots and the A-frame for everything else.I'm just not sure if I want to go with a longer A-frame or make the switch to the S.W.
Have you tried an A-frame? Maybe a comparo could help me out.
Speaking of the side cut,the old Arbor website had it almost non-existent.Is that the brand new version? Or was I just mistaken?
I have an A-frame 162 and its great for all conditions.I wanted to upgrade to a 170,but when I saw the steep water I kinda fell in love.I'm very curious to hear how the S.W. handles on a chewed-up hill.Being in the laurentians,we don't get alot(if any) powder and the hills are pretty small.I'm wondering if the board is just overkill.
Thanks Ravens,
Yup.gear is everything,i've been out a couple of times since and man does it feel good on that first real carve without skidding.still a huge mountain to climb, before i can say that i'm a carver, but its the coolest thing since sliced bread!
Non. Ca n'était pas moi. J'ai un F2. Jetait sur le bord du flèche argent. Si c'est pas trop froid, je vas y'aller ce soir

I don't want to open up a can of worms or break any of the board rules. The Look isn't actually for sale, I just wanted to now if it was worth anything.
If the time comes, that it is for sale, I'll ask the moderators for permission Before posting it.
Sorry for the confusions,
Shawn

I had a good crash a couple of weeks ago and tweaked my neck.I was thinking of using my motocross chest protector with the anti-whiplash collar.that could save a lot of problems, but mobility is limited. I don't think theres a solution out there ,that won't hinder some of our movements.
Has anyone ever done this? My HB liners are a pinch tight and my ski boots liners are great. Am I comitting some sort of sin here?
I noticed that the HB liners go pretty far over the top of the boot, whereas the ski liners are flush with the top. The ski liners also have a hard plastic tongue(I imagine that could be a good thing to reduce flex)
I haven't used the new setup yet,but i will tomorrow.
Hey Guys,
I have a brand new,never been drilled Look Overspeed.Its a goofy version.It has a couple of scratches,but nothing major.
I'm not sure that I want to sell it,but I would like to know what it could be worth.
Cheers,
Shawn
