Rossinol 166 Race VAS w/ Burton Race Plates 190mm waist and I think the side cut is about 11m Barely ridden board like new 9+, top sheet is perfect and has skater 'Grip' tape on the tail to ward off any future lift line dings. p Base and edges are also in Great shape, and there is Plenty of camber. Included a pair of Burton Race Plates PM me if interested!

  8. no more riding for me this year... minor surgery for CTS release not specifially a HB injury but pisses me off as I was just starting ... I mean i "could" ride.... but it would be hard to get up and definitely painful to fall on it :rolleyes:

  15. wow. ok, so last weekend was my second time hardbooting.... I had a friend make a video... thought I did ok until I saw it. boy did I suck :( it's going to take a lot more than I thought to even come close to you guys! Well, gotta keep on trying :rolleyes:

  18. Hi to all. Well finally last weekend I had my first real hardboot days on the slopes after years of softbooting. Now I workout quite a bit, in particular I dedicate 2 days a week to my legs with squats, deadlifts, bridges, stepups, calf raises, cable pullbacks. So I thought I was in pretty good shape. ;) Boy was I wrong! By the end of the first day my quads were killing me! So my question is: what dedicated exercise(s) do you suggest for resistance strengthening of the legs specifically for hardbooting? Thx! R.
