    Update I replaced step ins with bail bindings and what a difference it made! as per PB indications I kept the rear foot binding 1cm looser, and do not tighten too much the rear foot boot buckles and it really helped me improve! now I can say I am finally getting the hang of how carve is supposed to be done (although I still have a long way yo go!) next step is getting lower....

    Yes they are INTEC I can't change the title... Size is MEDIUM As far as the 3 hole plates they photo bombed :p

    They should fit most alpine snowboard boots as far as installation I am including both types of plates

    Wow. This clinic was amazing! In just 2 hours Joerg helped me progress in a way I couldn't have imagined! I am definitely converted to Pureboarding! Mike it was great fun meeting you and seeing how you ride! Soon you'll be ready to teach! Joerg and the team are a great group and I can't wait to go to their next event on the east coast!

    I have a set of F2 stepins with heels used 15 times but am looking to go traditional for the PureBoarding style anybody wants to swap?

    Thanks to all for answers I come from F2 Intecs the clinic is the PureBoarding tomorrow with Joerg Egli and they prefer not to use step ins, so I might be using their board/bindings

    I have a Coiler ATM 172 with F2 Intec, cants and lifts. In preparation for tomorrow I removed cants and lifts and changed angles to 55/40 I know the PB guys state that Intec limits, and I am willing to replace my intecs with regular bails. What I am not sure though is - as a beginner who barely even is able to carve - can I start with intecs or is it a waste of time?

    Hi to all I have a chance to go to a carving clinic next week. It's a EC clinic and they are also going to be demoing equipment. The bindings they have on the Swoards are F2's. My question is: as I have Head boots with intec step in heels, does anyone know if they can be used on the F2 bindings without the pins interfering or should I use their demo boots..? I really would prefer mine as I had them bootfitted because of my extra-wide feet... Thanks! Mister Sandman
