I just got a report from my son at MT Washington. All rain at the top on Thursday. No new snow. So I would expect VT and NH to be hard and frozen with some manmade on top.

I was at Catamount a few weeks ago for the first time and I liked it a lot. i think the trails are much better suited to carving than those at Butternut. (I've been there a lot over the years.) Each one has a good beginner area. Catamount tickets online are $20, $38 at the door. M-Th Butternut is $25 Mon-Fri I'd go to Catamount.

Going back to Mt Snow on Wed 12/5. Bluebird forecast! Come on out! Last Friday was great. Tons of new snow. Trails covered edge to edge and into the woods! It looks like February.
