I don't really worry about my carving boards as I rarely see any other hard boot snowboarders. I'll lock up my doughboy shredder when I take it up though
I have no freaking clue! The board was fine, but my metal leash even broke. My coworkers were behind me and grabbed the board and brought it down the hill to me.
Vid of me eating it.....
should be all healed soon enough... the 1st crash was at around 39mph and hyper extended my shoulder. Didn't keep me from going back, but won't be doing any heavy lifting anytime soon....
Next time for sure! I think I'll be back the 25th. I'll let you guys know for sure. Hurt my arm real good last week at Breckinridge. After that binding popped I was done for the day. Lucky for everyone else Ive got video of eating Shieat both times haha.
That's the problem.... I really don't :(
If I get bored I'll sometimes head up to Mt. Holly with some friends, but it's pretty rare. Luckily I'm in CO for work quite often and have made it up to Park County about 12 days this season...
Randomly met a ton of people from the site the other day at A-Basin in CO. Was great seeing SOOO many hard booters in one day!!! I felt like I was in a biker gang.
You guys were ripping it up good! I definitely need to move to CO so I can practice more often.
I had a RipXX app for my android phone that said I hit 60mph on a run once. Unfortunately the same run also said I'd only covered 9 vertical feet... it was a considerable amount more so I'm guessing it might have been a mph or two faster..
