  1. Have you tried any other boots? I have heard that the UPZ ATB are quite soft for AM use.

    Good softy board

I have a very well used Prior 168W that I have replaced with a new one if you are interested. Gave it a base grind this year too. $140 shipped.
  3. 6 1/2 liners sold to me :)
  4. I will measure mine when I get home on Friday and let you know. Thanks.
  5. Interested in the UPZ Flo 26.5 liners. I have the stock "6" liners that are MP26.0. I would assume that these are MP26.5. Would you be able to take some quick measurements between the 2 that you have? Thanks.
  6. What about the Head boots? How do they fit in comparison to the UPZ?
  7. I would like to try the 325s, but my UPZ are just about perfect and getting better each day up.
  8. If you cant go to a store to try them all on, buy all 3 pairs, take them to a boot fitter, find out which ones will work for you, carpet ride them, and return the other 2 pair. You will be out the shipping, but that is cheaper than buying and hating them.
  9. You are correct, the toe pieces cover the plastic shell and lock in place without the screws. No issues with a regular binding or with Snowpro step INS or Intec step ins, and none with my TD3s.
  10. SOLD to a nice Canadian family :)
  11. Glad you received it and all is good.
  12. Any interest in a 4WD?
  13. You should take my 4wd off my hands and try it:eplus2: I am sure Bruce could build you exactly what you want though.

    Molding

It cost me $20 at my boot fitters to have my shells and liners heated, foam stuck all over problem areas, and everything put together and cooled down.

    Molding

Go to a boot fitter and have them do it for you.

    Molding

http://www.yyzcanuck.com/E_tech_cooking.htm I assume you mean for the liners.
  17. From the UPZ dealer in BC :) I don't know if Dan Yoja can get them or if it would be easier to go to Whistler and have Surefoot do up a set for you. I get a slight amount of pain and I am going to try heat moldable liners next year, even though I had the shell "softly forced out" this winter already. They will also help with my Fintec cables too.
  18. Probably going to be worse than your UPZs....
  19. I put a strip of 1/2" wide weatherstripping foam on either side of the cable in the lower part of the boot. I went from extreme pain on my front foot to no pain at all. Rear foot was not an issue either way, but got foam anyway.
  20. Board has a 21.5" waist. I ride UPZ RC10 MP26.0 with TD3 Step-in bindings and Fintec heels at F50/R45. 3 degrees lift on the front and 0 degree on the rear. No cant on either foot. I have also used F45/R40 and get very little overhang with that setup. Not enough to cause issues with boot out at all. My next board will probably be 20~20.5 waist with the Same 50/45 angles to make it a bit quicker to get from edge-to-edge when making skiing-style carves down the fall-line.
  21. Yes, I will send you an email. edit: your email is disabled. email me: dan-shelly-laptop at shaw dot ca
