Hi @ all, Like WinterGold wrote, I am happy to tell about my first rides with the new SG Soul XT 159. Normaly I am NOT a Softboot - rider, but I tried a lot of Softboot-Boards and never had much fun. Then, the wide (27.5cm waist) was Born.... Its really fun to ride that wide machine. You even don't feel the withness. Its very fast and easy to go from edge to edge. Like you See in the pics you can carve it like hell. I have a Burton Ruler Boot in 27.5MP - THATS 42.5. A lot of you guys think, that the wide Board is slow? Oh noooooo. Okay, sorry for my bad english. :-) but its very complicatet to explain ist in english. Ride hard, guys. Frank

@Jack Michaud --- did you ever tried "google"??? The molds are GOOOOONNNNEEEEE! NOW - mountainslope made new, modern and optimized molds to produze a "better" Point Boot.

Hi Guys. I had UPZ with Step in - for easy 4-5Years. I had so much problems with my shins. I tried everything, foamed Liners, Spring Systems, tonques... Just everything. After a Race camp with I had the knowledge, that I am not alone with these Problems. The solution could be the Northwave Boot. I had a chance to buy some old Northwaves Point 950's. No more Step in... I didnt Care, because the feeling is so much better... I took an old Raichle liner - I felt 100% better and my problems were solved. Its great to see, that somebody will make a better Northwave. Just try it, guys. If the new 951 feels like the old one - you don't care about Step in... Just my two Cents... :-)

No. The pin in the Xanthus is a kind of a screw. With that thing you can lift the inside heel... Thats cool! Its definetively NOT for Step in :-) Frank

Hey Snowmatic, what about the PSL in Moscow? I am sure you watched it. Roland the 'fish' Fischnaller (ITA) and Patrizia Kummer (SUI) made it. I am so sorry for Justin Reiter. He won the Race last year. He fights in court for the alpine Snowboard Events... Regards Frank
