Well I play pro volleyball, so ... We do this everyday in the start of the season. Ofcourse also other types of training for legs. You got the aerobic jumping on something (don't know how it's called sorry :p) You lift yourself up on the bench and do that... If you're a begginer go 3x50 3. training (you will probably need some fitness weight added here) Go on some stair or sth so you have your back side lifted and start lifting on your toes. Do this as much as you can. There is also the deadlift (Thigh) and umm where you lift your legs and you lie on your front side :) I do a couple few more exercises, but that's pretty much it if you're just into carving

300 squats isn't much. When I train, I do 3x 300 in half a hour aside with other stuff

I got a 182 2010 tanker, installing bindings on at the moment. It has 6 inserts for the front foot and 6 for the back. I'll be mostly riding powder, so how much setback and which inserts to use, please help :rolleyes:

75kg with gear. I don't have sidewinders. Yeah, I got fintec heels... And prefer the stepins so, TD3 stepins or F2 titanflex stepin

I don't know if I should ride hardboots or softboots on my new tanker. If hardboots TD3 or F2 intec titanflex...

What bindings and boots are you riding? Which board? What are your angles?

Haven't tried the Donek incline so I can't say about that one. But rode others. I don't like the F2's, so I strongly disadvise it. I'd go with a tanker or a swoard. Love the tankers on pow. But I must say that I could really lay down a frontside turn on the swoard. I'd go with the swoard, but hey, the tanker is about 200 euros cheaper. I just bought a 182 2010 new for 400 euros @ blue tomato. But I would ride the swoard or the tanker on softboots If you're planing to go full hardboots, go buy a coiler or an oxess/kessler/sense

Have to give a thumbs up for prior and their warranty ! The base opened on my wrcm 09, and I sent them some photos and they sent the new board in aprox. 1 week. Really great guys

im pretty light, 80 kg with gear. I got some f2 freestyle stepins, but the boot is bad and they dont make new boots. I rather ride it with hardboots, 182 2010 model. I'd use it for powder and carve on the slopes, ofcourse. I'd rather go with the new model, since it's rockered.

Do you ride it with hardboots or softboots? I will probably order a new 182 this week, so asking for your opinion :)
