  1. Pat, Thanks for the heads up, I am pretty busy at work this week so I am out. I still would like to try and make it out there and get some gate time before USASA Nationals.
  2. Pat, I am going to try for the 18th and possibly the 19th. So keep us informed if it is on or off. Glenn
  3. Sorry I didn't see the memo, I feel great remorse that I may have broken the positive train of thought you and the other have been sending out. I will be thinking more positively from here on out. Your friend in positive thinking, Glenn
  4. Last night I went out and did some SL time at Ski Bradford (SteveO, next time I go I will give you a call). It has about 3ft higher elevation than Ski Ward. After about my 100th run I was thinking that the visability at night at Bradford is better than any day so far at the Goon and the grooming was 1000X better. The guy is riding around in a 25 year old hand-me-down groomer and he kicks ass. It is not the equipment that sucks it is the guy driving it. I did about 1000 turns and went home after 2.5 hrs, it was fn cold. See the TEAM32 race crew KP in Saturday and over to Loon on Sunday.
  5. I rode at Loon today with my son. We had a great time the snow was good and the crouds were light. I was still out riding at 2:30. I won't be back on the snow untill Dec 31 at WV. Have a Merry Christmas.
  6. Joe, I saw your post this morning. I will be riding at Loon on Friday. I need to get a few runs in on my GS board.
  7. When I talked to Pete a few weeks ago he said it was on and that details will follow. I will call Pete and see if I can get more info. When I get more info I will post it on this thread and maybe in the race section as well.
  8. I am heading to K-Mart this weekend. I may get up to Loon for a day or two before Christmas to ride with my kids. I will be off the snow until the WVBBTS race on the 31. Hope you guys all have a Merry Christmas.
  9. Bump for a friend. The 183 is a great freecarve board and can kill it in the course. This is a killer deal for someone looking for a GS board without breaking the bank. If it doesn't sell by Friday I am going to ride it this weekend if I do it will be sharpend and waxed after riding.
  10. I made it up on Saturday and rode from 8-11:30. The riding was quite good but by 10:30 the traffic was getting out of hand, hence the 11:30 departure. I stopped in and talked to Joe an he said "it's on for next weekend", we go full contact. See you at the PBR at 7:45.
  11. I am thinking of going up for a few runs at Loon on Saturday. Meet at the regular spot at 7:45.
  12. I was out of there by 10:30. I was riding an Madd 158. I don't think I made one carved turn all day. I don't think I will ride this weekend but maybe the weekend after. I saw one other alpine rider with a Kessler, was that you?
  13. I went up and worked around the house on Saturday, hiked Welsh Dickie in the afternoon. Sunday we went over for a few runs at Sunday River, the conditioins were marginal but it was fun to get out. It was a fun weekend, see you goons soon.
  14. I am travelling to Dallas this week but I think I am on for next week. Let me know when and where. Have a good week.
  15. It was a fun day of racing at Antrim. Read the great review that Rick put up on www.sk8racing.com. Can't wait for the next one.
  16. Enzo, Thanks for pulling that together.
  17. I am packing up and on the way. See you in a few hours. I am picking up Schwippy.
  18. I'm in. Sounds like a good time. Let me know if you need anything. PM me the location when you get a chance.
  19. Friday we rode Bruce and Tom's in Gloucester. The Hucking Hero (aka BD6, JD) was 1 for 3 (three jumps 1 landing and even that one was sketchy). On Saturday he landed 4 out of 4, he was an animal on the new ride. The planning is under way for a guy mountain bike weekend. Most likely in VT, ride at Killington, Pittsfield trails and maybe a trip to the Kingdom trails. Let me know if you are interested and I will keep you in the loop. Got to go, it is Monday and I need to hit the gym. Purchased the Loon pass last week, so I need to get ready to hang with the big boys.
  20. I am out at Copper. The riding is great, think Stratton only with better terrain. I race SL on Tuesday and GS on Wednesday. Later, Chappy
  21. All I can say for now is that the contract negotiations have been going well. There could be a new full time T32 rider next year. You guys need to pull it together for for my first full time season. It seems like there is some waivering in the ranks, all of this talk about the loaf is getting me worried. I thought the attitude was run what you brung, STFUAR, leave the excusses in the lodge and rip up the mountain no matter what condition it is in. A couple of days at Flatton and the whole team is looking for perfect groom, perfect snow, great visability. Where is the hard core attitude, the shout down matches in the lift lines, break em down and build em up sessions? I hope it is just late season BS talk. I am counting on you guys to help me be a better rider. I will be in the gym, on the bike, skating, surfing and slaming the beers to get ready for November. Bring it.
  22. Just back from WV and I have to say it was good. The top was firm but rippable the bottom was a little sugary but fun. True Grit was solid but carvable. My board just off a Speed Factory tune was holding on all conditions, hats off to Dave. I had to leave early to go to Boston for Millie's last indoor meet. I think I will stay down here tomorrow and get so work done. See you all soon. Glenn
  23. BD6, We will be staying at Copper. If you want I can talk to Allan S about who we should talk to. I would be interested in if we could also get a training week (non school vacation). Plus 1-2 half day sessions on the weekends. At lunch today we went out for the first mountain bike of the season, it was warm and the trails were fairly dry. It felt great to get out there.
  24. Right on Stevo! You guys have to get the play by play Ragged BX/Demo Derby story from KenB. I will just say he represented the Team. I rode WV on Sunday; it was good in the morning. I pulled the chute early (11:30) and dropped the boards at The Speed Factory. Gareth if you have anything that needs to be tuned drop it off. It helps Dave on the change over on the machine and dressing to stone to do the boards together. Big Duke what is the deal with Goon race training next year? I am interested if we can work out a deal. If this come together I may go full time Team32. I will even get new black pants.
  25. Harden the Fu@k Up? We were running gates on WC on Saturday. The boiler plate was setup nice and just to make it a little more zen like they turned on the snow guns just after we finished setting. It was like days of thunder. You would come down through the snow making and your googles would ice over instantly then deal with the dust and crust. I am hard core and it was harder than hard core. I only finished 50% of my runs. JD you up for a Ward ride? Team 28 out.
