  1. Thanks for nothing BOL guys you really know how to hurt a guy.. I had to sell it on a freecarve site! that hurts!! Just kidding.!! I did sell it! but want to thank all who viewed!! 2. Cleveland to Manchester Airport non-stop was $157 Via Continental but Cleveland and Manchester are Continental hubs.. but it was $258 to $315 last week! And Jack the drive time is just a little over 3 hrs.. Did you not put in on mapquest that Helmut Karvelowv is Driving!!! Right Said Shred
  3. If I could have kept my MADDS I would have but like everyone knows they hold their value.. Theres a reason for that.. they chop ice like theres no tommorow.. YOU can go wrong with eaither but like jack says ,,the 170 is longer so it does have a larger sweet spot..makes it easier to ride... I will in time have to replenship the stock but I had no choice really.. The 170 is the versitle one!!! the 158 feelsss stiffer..much shorter.. Different ride.. Both work well...but for less work the 170 has been the choice of Most! They go quick,, cause they be good... and at Jack's offering price you can't go wrong..if you don't like it you probably will get your money back by selling it.. So you could probalby buy it and ride it then sell it at a good resale.. I can't wait till I can get one again.. cause if your selling them for $400 or so..I'll take 3 !! People who know..know!. East Coast Ice Choppers!
  4. I would Drive down to Big Moutain Montana, on the way I would hit Panorama and Fernie! I still think Panorama is a hidden gem still.. very little crowds! and awesome groom.. Anyone else ever ride there..been there about 5 or 6 times ..only down side is that its on the Warm side of the Rockies.. but its 4000 vert!!
  5. Don't know what you mean but it took a little to find the sweet spot and could lay em out.. but this is the specs. using TD2's with a 3 degree front toe lift and a 6 degree heel lift the following is where I ended up. Front Foot: Started with the board holes the farthest forward then put the disc and match em up with the farthest holes forward on the disk. The disk is at 60 degrees and the plate was dialed to 55 degrees. Back Foot: Board holes second to the last row in from the back. Used the disc hole last ones farthest in the back Disc at 45 degrees and top plate 50 degrees. Probably doesn't make sense unless you followed a long while mounting.. Don't know what you mean by centered? Things that make you go..Hmmmmm! Shred
  6. Note the RC 100 Carvelibdium edges!!! They rock.. new technology..!

  10. Jack you gave me a boner!! Can you say Sausage Fest reunion!! I can't wait !! my Coiler Infiltrator has been designed around Surgaloaf.. anything over 147 on that mountain scares me!! Besides all the people being so freindly last year at the Loaf was a hoot.. Guys,, if you want some awesome carving and your in the area..its a must..very formidable mountain.. Way stoked the new Prior is going to be there as well as all the other fun things to do.. like Bomber Sticker placing contest.. (BTW I won 3 years ago) Good time all!! 12. Needing finacial Assistace is having me cleaning out my prime stock..This one Hurts!!!!!!! My lose is your gain!! Visit Rad-Air and Read all about it!! http://www.rad-air.com/ 3 hour test drive with Bombers and Hard boots.. The Review "The Rad Air Reto Lamm LSD 164 rode the groom just like any of my alpine boards, it was a hoot to ride, the best feature of this board I think is the fact for a 164 board it has a 10.5m sidcut..you can feel the difference... when at speed I could still lay it down on carves and would not feel as if It were going to throw me over the handle bars.. I did not have to work real small radius turns I could take my time draw out some nice lines and it would just hold. I had Bomber plates on the board and found that the set up was perfect.. don't know why you would put soft boots on it anyway.. you could go into the powder and come out in the Groom and rip! Nice to have best of both worlds... bout as close as it gets.. Surprised the hell out of me. The 164 feels longer than it is in turns but short enough to go around and play!!" "Nice smooth ride as well, no chatter during laydown carves and it was able to handle the higher binding angle with ease!.. and the dampening topsheet is way cool!!!! the aluminum teeth tip and tail protector are the bomb!" Asking $400 plus Shipping... Shred day mail rthut@parker.com Evening mail rthut@zoominternet.net

  14. I have ridden both and there are ohh so close I can't tell.. but are way stiffer than the 170.. For me I ride the 158 better than the 170.. Its a me thing. But if you want a mint like new 2005 158 I got one.. see classifieds email me at day time rthut@parker.com or evening email at rthut@zoominternet.net
  15. Like spankin new.. Limited Twisted Girl Graphics! Only riden 3 days total.. mint base and fresh tune.. Cool Green sidewalls.. ! I think I need the money more than Jack!! hehe Just kidding Jack.. Well I have to get rid of some prime sticks to pay for some personal issues..so my misfortune is your gain.. I will put my at the same price! $450 plus shipping.. Attached is the photo of both my 170 and the 158 one of the 3 days on snow.
  16. Just got my intuition liners today.. so all this info is helpful but you guys make it sound like its rocket science! Im sure its not as I have done theromoflex years ago..and I don't remeber it as bieng as hard as assembling my taiwan coffe table... Stop scaring me! Right said Shred
  17. All are good but I have seen another man's Junk is another man's treasure! (boy does that sound gay!) What I mean is I have some boards that I don't like or just can't get them to work for me, but then my buddy rides it and swears by it.. It took a while but now I can pretty much know what will work for me and what I like.. most won't like what I get..but it works for me.. Tailoring a board to the individual is definently the way to go..like moldable boot liners that fit like a glove.. There is always good stock stuff. and at times can't tell the difference depending on conditions.. I know those guys listed are good at interpreting what people are looking for.. Buy about 4 or 5 customs try em out see what ya like..its only money.. Retire in reverse is what I say!! Right Said Shred
  18. 3 of us gonna get first chair.. 4 hour pass usually .. ride the far left and center runs mainly..probably the only hardboots out there... Should be fairly ok.. since we did get some snow..
  19. Ohio eh? me too..least its snowed and still is.. 3 of us are headed to the Peak and Peek..not much hill but its all open and the lake effect hit and they groomed it in yesterday and today..and should continue tomorow so we are going.. we get first chair and only get the 4 hour pass.. Should be on my BX boards but we will be the only one on hardboots there anyway.. we are parking at the Retreat but mainly ride the far left side and center.. Later.. Right said Shred.. 6 days till big mountain,,man can't wait!!!
  20. Took some pics so you can see the shapes and hieght and what not.. I gotta get out and get that most needed replacement snow blower belt...ha!!!
  21. The Donek I had a sketch done on what I wanted and sent it to Sean.. Back then he had a little trouble with getting the nose where it needed to be but it works fine its not much less that the tip of some skis.. the fact that its wider throws it of perspective a bit..plus I figure i would spend most of my time on the edge....Hopefully.. The Coiler Nose was taken from when I saw this super wide board Bruce called his Euro carver.. I said "Make the nose like that but flaten it out more like gumby Dammit" Right said Shred. Oh the coiler nose in mash potatoe conditions throws up snow all over ya.. its kinda funny but you just soaking when you stop!!! ha. :)
  22. I told ya that Shred nose thing was going to catch on!! My reasoning was I wanted the most effective edge as humanly possible but with a tiny up turn so no nose dive.. which I clipped the nose a few times on my donek Shred nose. Why waste board material when it could be used to put more edge on the snow.. Dang the Schoch! Patent foiled again! BTW what is with those angles? what are the like 25/30 I cant even ride anymore if it aint more than 60 Right Said Shred
  23. I know thes pics are not the best but its whats on the violator in these pics.. Im axious to ride this little new weapon..
  24. I figured I move the Axis Prior gone sidecut and length debate here. I was wrong my soon to come Coiler Infiltrator 161 just got the specs measured again.. check this out....161x 19 w x 14.7 m and taper is a secret edge = 151 YOU WANT BIG sidecut on a small board,,did that done that!! The 151 effective edge is what makes me laugh.. the Shred nose and tail to give it the most edge contact but not do nose dives...ha! Right said Shred
  25. Just in case... anyone is intrested what they look like! Nice fairly stiff it surprised me.. now for the test on Sunday.. if there is still snow..
