    I'm planning next seasons trip. I'm looking for best grooming spots on the Icon and Epic passes. I'm limited for time, so I need the 2 best resorts in Colorado. I'm looking at Deer Valley and Snowbasin in Utah. And Schweitzer is a must in Idaho. From there it's my normal stops at Whitefish and Heavenly. Any insight will be appreciated Thanks in advance.

    The end of another WTF. We seamed to have a little bit of everything weather wise. Great seeing everyone. Have a great rest of the season. West I’ll let you handle the update of the epic last day.

    Feb 1. What a day. Chair 2 not working 3 day and counting. The new Chair 4 went down and needed evaluation. Luckily I was only stuck 45 minutes. I was second chair from the top. Backup power managed to get me to the top. I don’t think it helped any other chairs. Three hours later the chair was empty. It was a big pow day. I’m interested to see what is running tomorrow.

    I went through some as well. I haven’t broken any since I backed off of extreme angles. I think high angles put lateral stress on them.

    You can move to the east coast. The comparative trench ability diminishes as one moves East.

    It was a challenge today. Freezing fog I need heated goggles. On a good note chair 2 is fixed. Hopefully a better day tomorrow.

    Snow was better Tuesday. Fog down to chair 3 most of the day. Ed’s was great but chair 2 was not running all morning. Chair 2 started running after lunch but weren’t loading people.
