The BTS seems loud and clunky (I've seen videos of both on YouTube, but I'm on mobile now and don't want to spend all my data for the links), but I've read more anecdotes of people who said their DGSS had destroyed their canting disk than people with BTS. Aracan Posted May 4, 2018 Report Share Posted May 4, 2018 Is there a BTS for UPZ boots? I have been using the DGSS for years on my UPZs with no ill effects. However, the UPZ canting mechanism is a lot beefier than the Deeluxe. I had the BTS before, on Deeluxe boots. It was a piece of quality machinery. I don't think you will notice any noise while riding. It is not perfectly adapted to the flexing boot, though. Oh, and if you install the DGSS, you don't have to drill, neither for UPZ nor for Deeluxe. It slots into the holes for the stock mechanism.
