CB Utah Posted September 9, 2023 Report Share Posted September 9, 2023 Hell yeah I’m optimistic! Utah had a great year, with good runoff for all the lakes. Rivers are still rocking in some areas. I’ve heard several people complaining about how there was too much snow in Park City.
