BobD
I guess this is the definitive proof that's it's the rider, not the board... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OdgaYW567EM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Gcarve
Nice toy board! Easy to tune too. If the "edges" need sharpening, you can use a nail file on the chair lift to tune up for each run

If the "edges" need sharpening, you can use a nail file on the chair lift to tune up for each run Wax scrapper sharpening tool would work well. In fact if you break the board, you could cut up into a lifetime supply of scrappers.
jp1
Cool, I always wanted to try milling (2) angled slots in the tail of an old Alpine (rock) board to scoop up the snow to make a rooster tail
Dan
Ha ha, awesome, I'll look forward to your review. BobD, you're right that Makboard rider knows what he's doing. Bet he would ride even better on a real board:)

Guest
apparently you can sharpen the edges "just like on a real snowboard" (yeah! cool!!) haha ... I have to admit, this thing seems pretty gimick-y, but I just had to see for myself. I'm thinking the rooster tail will probably make this my primary board and I'll drop hardbooting altogether in my quest to find that perfect slope and snow quality to produce the biggest rooster tail. I'm trying to get matching boots, bindings and ultimately clothes, so I'm either invisible or naked..not sure how it will turn out.
Sinecure
That thing should be entertaining on east coast conditions. I see them around here once in a while. I love the cheese slicer tail. Definite novelty factor.

skatha
Remember skis used to be wood planks....I found this, modern wood skis without metal edges....
