pow4ever
I am never a long distance runner. Used to run 4 miles a day x 4-5 times a week to prepare for the winter months. Anything longer and I just drop. Running can get quite technical.... posture/cadence/tempo are all very important; however I am not qualify to give any pointer. Interval running is also good. What make me realize when I start dabble in fun run like mini/sprint triathlon warriordash and etc. I had to run less due to other activity. That really help me run much longer/faster on the days that I do run. Just have fun with it. -- David
Sultan Guy
Just thought I'd resurrect this thread to say that I ran my first half yesterday in ideal conditions and got 1:42:09, which I'm very happy with. Already planning when I can run another and maybe a full, too. Awesome job Neil! That is a very impressive time for your first half.

Sponsor me here, if you're feeling charitable today. Money goes to the arthritis society.
