photodad2001
Supposed to go windsurfing this week...a first for me in December around here.Last year I was windsurfing in the first snow storm but the water was still 15C and it was early November. Went windsurfing less than a month ago with a flimsy 2mm wetsuit, spring suit really. Still green grass on the runs at the local bump. Zone
Today had snow squall warning but no snow. Just 2C and 25+ knots wind. I wore a 5/3 steamer under a drysuit and it was just toasty!

Steve Prokopiw
here in the Inland Northwest seem to be shiftin g to the point that winter does start later these days, but also seems to end later. The real bummer of that is that Schweitzer closes earlier(April 4th,what the hell?!)when they should be staying open for at least another week. photodad2001
They started blowing snow 2 days ago, but it is now raining. Looks like this is going to be a record year for not being able to open.

RideGuy
Not really sure how the wind report is related to snowfall but it's cool anyway. I only sail until Thanksgiving. We pack everything up for the winter. Snow has turned into rain this morning.
