Flights to Denver from Milwaukee are $113 round trip, the cheapest in years. Picked up a mid-sized SUV for $168 for the week. Dude, this means I'll have at least $100 for food and beer! If you are flying into Denver, a little trick is to rent from a city facility, off airport. Take a cab there. It is alot cheaper and you avoid the airport recovery taxes. Most rental companies will let you return the car to the airport. Despite the cheap airfare, I am flying into EGE on frequent flyer points. That's been working very well the last three years.
