Arclite
If you're using 90a for commuting, your legs must be numb by the time you get where you're going! That or you have amazing quality roads where you live.Any idea what brand they are? Either way the harder the wheel, the easier the learning curve in my opinion. jetkin
retro freerides are a great all around wheel, especially the limes (80a) which grip enough to carve just fine but are smoothe when you break them away. at 72mm, big enough to roll over cracks, small enough to accelerate well. i've ridden the harder lemons & oranges, easier to slide for sure. shawndoggy
Tom thanks for posting the thread... made me get out and practice these in the street in front of the house last night. Although my 10 year old and his friends were not impressed I can see how these are a valuable addition to my skillset.

I think the sliding pdf above in the thread earlier works now. Can't offer any advice other than "Enjoy" , looking good!
KingCrimson
Too slow, come straight down that ramp and kick down it if you can balance. Or find a better parking lot.
Gecko
Too slow, come straight down that ramp and kick down it if you can balance. Or find a better parking lot. What he said......not that I'm all that good but speed helps

My last set up?...a 27" Fiberflex with Road Rider 4's and tracker trucks... Thanks! I believe this is ONE of the ones that he's on... Candy Spanks Jailbat all set up.........Stage 7 Indy 215's with 8mm Axles, my last set of Fishballs...I've been up and down the street a bunch on it just playing around, first thought is that the concave is much more aggressive than I am used to second thought is how amazing it feels......sadly I won't be able to skate it fast until next weekend Edit: Fishballs = Retro freerides (or close enough I think)
