My question is; has anyone talked to him of late? Tried calling and e.mail over past couple of weeks to no avail. I'll be in area early - mid December and want to see if I can get an appointment. Or he is slammed with fittings after all of the big sales we have here. I will get a hold of him and post more info later. Yes, it is best to set up an appointment. Mine is working fine, problem is I am traveling way too much for work and there is no end in sight. Shelly's shoulder is still f'ed-up from the accident last March. She might be looking at surgery in January. If that's the case, we won't make it to SES.
