Talk to your insurance agent and ask about getting a personal Liability umbrella added to your homeowner's or renter's policy. It's not that expensive.

I'm gonna try Lemon Pledge before riding next time, I bet it will work. I use it on the leading edges of airplane wings to keep bugs from sticking and it seems to work pretty well, they just wipe right off. Plus it will protect the topsheet from spilled drinks.

I have size 10.5 feet. After reading that you could drop down a size with the thermoflex liners, I tried a pair of 27's (AF-600). Big mistake, there was no way they would fit without a lot of pain, even with a good bootfitter. I've had Raichle 324, 423 and 413 all in size 28-28.5 now and they're perfect, even after some packing out. If comfort is important to you I would suggest nothing less than 28 if you have 10.5 feet.

On the way to the hill: Tire chains backing up some smooth Issac Hayes in the 8-track, a can of crazy eight between my legs and the heater on high with the windows down. Oh yeah. I'll be cooking with gas. I don't have an MP-3 player yet but when I do it'll probably be stuffed with Mermen and Man or Astroman? And maybe the soundtrack from Ride the Edge. I'll just put the audio into a big MP-3. Man, that'll be solid.

K2's Piezoelectric boards always astounded me. That anyone bought into that is just incredible. Talk about marketing-dept. driven. When are you going to make one of those, Sean? :p

There's a way to correct that, maybe Fin will do it at some point. He probably has more important things to do right now though, like making us some bindings :D

They're OK (in moderation), except that everytime someone answers one, it shows up as a new message and floats to the top. It's fun to read some of them, others are just dumb.

Hey Fin, it looks like there are cutouts or slots in the heel piece, is that for looking at the pins? If that's what it is, I like it a lot. I don't suppose the heel pieces fit the older bindings, do they? Solid! Link
