  1. hey man i meant to put a lengthy reply to yer post but started a new thread...duh. read that one thanks-chris
  2. i know its cheesy but my original group is back together on monday evenings at kissing bridge. (we r pseudo chaparones- get the pass do nothing unless there is a fight) prob 4-7 hardbooters on any givin week starting monday 12th of jan. to make it easier if u buy upstate farms "intense" choc milk (it's pretty chocolatey if i do say so" and bring the cap u get 2 4 1 8 hour tix any day or night xcept holidays. FYI.... deals r also availible at 9 other ny resorts.. deals go from 10$ off at gore to 2 4 1 at peeknpeek and holiday(mon, tues, wed nights only like the old mcdonalds deal) anyhoo its a good time look for the madds and coilers and F2s. we stick out like sore thumbs there. usually just bomb coal chute, holly and if open slalom run (north- gotta like get in yer car and drive there-easier than postholing) my name's chris and i suck at checking email but if you want to hook up smoe other time email cmrdingle@yahoo.com. just put SNOWBOARDING! in the title and give me a day or 3 notice. good riding all--chris
  3. thanks fin. will be ordering next payday.:)
  4. hey all, first off good to see bomber still doing well and growing in this stupid economic environment, although i guess along with death and taxes there will always be snow! i did search the forum for this answer first so here goes....basically i just want to make sure i understand that the TD2 top plate will fit on the TD3 bottom part? so if i pull the trigger on a 2nd board kit should i just go for the TD3 2nd board kit (and are they in stock?) or stick with the TD2 2nd board kit? wish i had the ducats to buy 2nd set of bindings but its a sh**ty time to be a civil servant so the 2nd board kit will have to do. thanks, chris
  5. hey jim long time, how's west life? holiday instituted the program last year maybe?? sort of un-advertised (trying to get people from using the whole mtn in an hour ya know) they got great snowmaking, but the temps are just sucky. sorry for the late reply---chris ps. the time from window to refund was less than 15 min. 1 ride up and down cindy's
  6. used the local hill's 30 min refund rule for first time ever! i'm gonna start bowling and drinking more than i already do.
  7. i know its prez day but i gotta get out...ill swing by cindy's /muddy grass base area 10:00 -10:30......give myself time for snooze factor :) hopefully ride the madd if enough cover later-chris
  8. first bomber browse in months...... when i was about 19 or so... in a very short six month span 1) lost my apartment due to lack of funds and loss of roomie 2) lost my job due to inability to put the bong down 3) lost my truck and liscense for 10months due to not paying insurance due to nos. 1and 2 4) had to stop delivering pizzas due to #3 5) moved back home with the folks 6) lost my girlfriend (of 5 1/2 yrs) due to her inability to put the bong down, and be faithful. my buddy said to me one day "you're the ultimate underdog!" only nickname that stuck with me that i sort of took a liking to. guess i just needed a pet (or a horse) to die and i coulda been a country star! later-chris
  9. c'mon, no mopeds are like fat chicks jokes?? (before anyone gets offended, i like big girls) they are only fun until yer friends see you on one?? heh-heh chris
  10. cap'n morgan is 95% responsible for the ding in my dakota i am only 5% liable i like those numbers, btw the stop sign was the uphill rider :) chris
  11. all this talk of tequila has me breakin out my platform shoes! cant really get those good tequilas in b-lo (maybe 1 or 2 places that i do not prefer to frequent) so i'll get back to the jagermeister and red bull- jagrbombs as they are called in my neck of the woods. talk about being a race car at a stop light! now in case you guys\girls think im a stone cold alky, i used to drink very high quality beers from a-broad until october of last year when i was diagnosed with a lovely little disease called CELIACS. allergic to wheat gluten! yay! no bread, pasta, barley or BEER.....not good. until last month when i discovered BARD"S TALE http://www.bardsbeer.com/ thank god for these pioneers- at least i can have a beer while doing yard work now. it's no sam smiths oatmeal stout :( but it gets the job done. if anybody sees this in their area, please buy a six pack for the benifit of your wheat-challenged breatheren. so i don't have to keep destroying my liver with capn morgan and red bull! later-chris
  12. "a clockwork orange" ya know the one the movie is based on-tough read though with all the slang n such-there's a glossary in the one i read. put some time aside 4 this one "the davinci code"-don't usually do bestsellers but killer page-turner. read it b4 the movie comes out. anything not online- just do it baby! :) later-chris
  13. sorry bored watching it rain at work and decided to stir the pot :) -chris, 228pounds 6ft0inches, libra likes hardpack and golf
  14. bobby- as a veteran pill-popper, those oxy's are bad news. vicodin or lortab (basically the same thing) are great as long as you eat with them. i also tried glucosamine\chondroiton for my knees and that stuff really tore my stomach up! might just have been the brand (berkley& jensen). not sure. on a serious note about the weed subject, my uncle (49yrs old) survived colon cancer a few years ago and swears it was because he smoked the entire duration of his chemo-helps keep the appetite up, or so i was told ;) good luck on recovery-keep active later-chris
