Is that some type of custom dampener underneath the binding?
Those are the F2 TITAN FLEX bindings. Flexier than the TITANIUMS but stiffer than the F2 RS CARVE

Another one bites the dust. Big fish eating smaller fish. Sad

I like that zip tie solution a lot and would probably use that instead of thread locker. If I did use threadlocker, I'd use Vibratite VC-3 if it can be disassembled, and whichever VC-x is compatible with the plastic if not.
VC is nice because it's air cured and works by being gummy, so it's safe to use around plastics, and there's no seal to break if you adjust the fastener later. It's a little trickier to apply than anaerobic threadlockers.
great tip!

I switched mine to the titan flex type.
I have those and RS carve on my powder boards

Has anyone considered adding blue loctite to front bails on titanium step in bindings with the star wheel adjusters? Seems like these are notorious for backing off and leaving a lot of slack. I even thought of the green penetraiting loctite. What's your thoughts? Any experience with a solution?

Was that you at Bridger on Friday? I was the guy who complimented you for riding hard boots. That Rossi board looked real vintage. I have some boards you can demo and I might consider selling. Hit me up on a PM.

Lesson learn. Glad both of you were alright. A few weeks ago a ski instructor with a group of 8 we're doing a lesson in a blind spot at the end of a cat track where most people ride fast to get to that run. After we avoided them they soon realized they were in danger and moved on.

Also, the next model is either the Tanya Harding pro model or the “Mallrat”. Am I right @Kneel?!?
Beautiful board! Latest graphics with woodcore highlights are sick. I love the kitten slayer sticker on the SF! Very dedicated tat.

Dave,
I have seen you on this board, It looks like it's a serious all around contender for an all mountain shedder. My daily driver has been the Thirst SF 162 this year. It's amazing in the 6" powder range along with chalky groomers. But still in the hunt for that elusive all in one board.

Jack, I want one! your board review has got me drooling!

Great price! I have the same SF with the same graphics. The graphics are kinda a deep 3D effect. I love mine and has been my daily driver lately. I hope you snag this board @Wolf you won't be disappointed.

I sorted out my boot lean and front toe lift. Widened my stance by 1/2" to 18 1/2". May try 19" later.
But the boot lean was huge - zero lean on front, max forward lean for rear foot. Next run heelside carves were amazing. Wished I knew that before. I had been running similar forward lean (lots) in both boots for years.
Still fairly narrow at 19. I run at least 19.5 - 19.75 in. I'm 5'10 for a reference. Too narrow seemed to be on the verge of uncontrollable with bumps and other unforeseen terrain. I found that a little wider really gave me control and confidence.

Longer board and why is it your favorite?

I have been riding my SF a lot this year lately. Got it late season last year from @bigwavedaveDidn't get a chance to ride it much last year. Everyday I ride it I fall in love with this board more and more. I can gain speed carving on low slope green runs or power through steeper blue runs with lazy wide cruisers or crank it for some tight G-force turns! Even in a foot of pow with stiff boots it performs very well without a hitch. Just short enough to navigate the steep deep powder and tree runs. Needless to say it has become my daily driver. With the SC in my quiver I'm starting to get Thirsty for the XC. What's your favorite Thirst?
