  1. Time to thin the quiver. I have a very lightly used Coiler custom made for Zack @Yeertha. I'm the second owner. This board has been ridden approx. 15-20 half days total between both owners. Board is in really nice shape. Base is near perfect 9.5 and top sheet has a couple very minor scratches and a couple of very small top sheet chips from lift lines. Edges are still stock angles and lightly honed. No base repairs and no base grind. Board has been well taken care of and has been in storage wax since last spring. I have too many boards to choose from.  Side wall code are T 174 NFCB 019 ZP - 6.3+5 and was built for a rider at 180lbs/82kg. Waist 20cm. Side cut 11.5/13.7/13 Center stance 19.5" range 18-21". I can email more pics. Send me a PM for more details.

The K168 is one of the most even flexing boards I've seen when flexed this way.

I have three days on a K171 and that's exactly what I noticed about this board. The flex is amazingly fluid unlike others.

I think starting with a board you know and telling the builder how you want to change it is the best way to get what you're seeking.  Trying random brands and models is educational, but hit or miss on getting what you're after.

    That's really great advice John!

Although I have not spent much time on Carve RS, I think they have a flex somewhere between Titanflex and Race Titaniums

Carve RS are the flexiest of them all. These bindings would work for a very light rider or on a powder board. Titanflex are the medium flex binding in their line up. Titanflex can be converted close to a titanium by eliminating the plastic base and foam toe/heel pads and shorter mounting screws. Worked great but I needed another flexy binding for another pow board and decided to reconvert back.

I own all of these recommendations.

    Coiler Nirvana 174, Energy variant.

Thirst Superconductor 174 (comes in core variants for left foot forward or right foot forward riders)

Kessler KST 162 (slalom race board) rides beautifully. You might want more length but the mid length (high 160s to low 170s) alpine Kesslers are prized and don't turn up often as second hand for sale.

You just named most of my quiver.🙂 Ditto on Coiler and Thirst. Awesome boards. I luckily just purchased a secondhand Kessler KST 171. Can't wait to try it for myself with all the hype.

I've tried some in the past but not loved them. The Nirvana and Superconductor were love from the first turn.

    Ditto
