Next our models will be available for test from Bomber tent: Flame Spirited 173-2 Kevlar M CDB Kevlar M Tundra Titanal M 173-2 FC Spirited 168 FC Spirited Loony Kevlar M 172 FC Spirited 178 Sputnik Titanal M 185 GS World Cup M 177 FC Kevlar M 176 FC Kevlar M Please pay attention that Spirited require expert level ride only. Do not try bend it by legs. Use only speed and high angle of the edge.
  2. More rebound. Also Spitired have not medium. Minimal stiffness is Hard. Yes part of the woodcore in horizontal plane replaced by material with much more rebound than wood. Use leg muscles for ride is bad way for this boards. Only speed and high edge angle.
  3. A board have more power with same stiffness. Next generation have replacement part of woodcore to composite. Expensive. Board have only "H" stiffness already and ask aggressive ride. (this is mix of our world cup titanal construction, "classical" ski world cup construction and our kevlar technology).
  4. We almost stopped produce carbon versions. Kevlar is much more good for ride with almost the same price.

  10. We tried to do it some years before but did not find any kind of interest from anyone around. Now we will try find guys who can do test our production at ATC 2016 & 2016 ECES
  11. We has this model before but in the March we rebuilded shape & camber. Also next model has been rebuilded: 175fc, 176fc, 177fc, 180fc (new shape and for 175fc new camber).
  12. 169FC have 19.2cm waist = wide board. Most of freecarver customers looking for 17-18.5cm waist boards at size 165-175cm For big foot guys we have Bulat 168 with 22.1 waist. Also we can produce this board by sport camber (168GS). As result initial turn will start more fast and more easy. p.s. 169FC is good but the board have not a soul. Nevertheless Italinan guys like this model.

  17. I has been invited to this discuss about our boards. 168FC & 172FC is very comfortable for ride. Minimal actions for initial turn. Very stable. Very easy finish turn. Both boards use sport camber (168GS & 172GS) = have rockers. "Narrow" is not a problem for this sheaf between shape & camber. By last season we sold a lot of 168FC (172FC was started in March, 2015) and all customers notice about very easy initial turn and board stable. This is the cause why it is affordale for a novice if his/her boots let use this board.

  23. Thanks! We are planning to produce and skwals too. But a bit later. Right now we’re making children slalom line. 120SL (done), 133SL (in process), 145SL (done), 163GS (done) This weekend we found the proper stiffness for 185GS. We spent for this work about 2 months ! Inside this board are 8 layers excepting base & topsheet. to BlueB: After sending boards to you we had rebuilt cambers of following models: 162SL, 157SL, 185GS, 175GS, 163GS For 162SL it has been 5th camber generation. After this rebuilding boards got more easy gone out from a turn. For slalom it's important. As you see at pictures we ride at other (custom kessler) slalom boards for compare boards ride. Also we send our boards for test to professional racers. Some from them changed kessler to OES. Some said that kessler is more good. But we continue polishing our 162/157SL line. About edges: we produce CUSTOM boards. For each board we can produce any other options. All models which we produce have at least 2 versions of stiffness. Regular (medium) and soft. ("S" after size number at the tail, "M" - medium, "H" - hard) Race boards which we produce have 5 types of base sides (for different temperatures & humidity). 2 types of sidewall's (regular ABS & Phenol. Phenol is famous race ski topic.) Also we have a lot of other options. About freecarving boards: If you have your dream about geometry of board - say it about me and it's possible that we'll start produce it. I need to receive from you file in AutoCAD (or any other file format in original size) draft of board shape + camber draft. Also we can produce your personal design for this board.
