  1. Which set up is faster in the carve, a plate set up that restricts manually decambering eg; "by pulling knees together" therby allowing forces on nose and tail to decamber board as load demands , or regular binding set up (no plate)where rider can affect decambering more directly? Obvious difference in setups illustrated by you pics thanks !

  2. One more reason to put pressure on you Gov't to do something with Fortress Mt. so much for Alberta's Conservative gov't and their business ethics you know competition, free market. Build a new bridge open Fortress or can't you Gov't owned Nakiska stand the competition from some capitalist free enterprise business.

  3. Cost of a board is peanuts what about the cost of my ski hill, groomer, lift, three suburbans two subarus to truck stuff around. Ski and board equip.for 5 ,membership at another facility, gas for groomer and other vehicles.Instructor fees and oh yes ****ty burgers and fries the real revenue source of most bumps and mts.

  4. Enough blame to go around for all to share. Downhill rider has right of way. Don't stop in the middle of a run. Don't congregate with groups on the hill. Learning to do any sport should include instruction in safely bailing out if required.Yelling as you go is usually a pretty good indication you have issues.. Personally speaking I make an extra effort to stay clear of the noisy ones.:smashfrea
