  1. more pics. Scratches look worse than they are. Just wanted to show any problems. Will put fresh coat of wax on for shipping.
  2. here are some pics of any scratches and overall board.
  3. BOARD IS SOLD! Nice stiff freeride board that carves well on groom. Had it made by Donek last season. Have only riden it about 12 days. Very fast and stable. Very good on steeps on and off piste. Does very well in powder less than 12". It has a 131cm EE, 24.1 cm waist, 10.4 M sidecut radius. Topsheet is liquid flame in acid green. Bottom is black with red alpine donek letters. Has 1 small topsheet chip and binding scuffs. Base has a couple of small scratches. Worst is on the tail but is still only in the ptex. Would like to get $375 for it shipped in lower 48. Also would consider trades for Dupraz D1+ in 5'5" length. E-mail me at jenintmk3 @ yahoo.com
  4. Just got a G-force Razor 164 new. Have riden it a total of 5 days. Tons of camber in this board. This is a very stiff board that is fairly wide at somewhere around 25+ cm. Very stable at speed. I just tried it with plates this weekend and was able to do EC toeside carves pretty easily on a very steep run. A little too wide for my boot size though. There is a small area on the topsheet where it is peeling up slightly. I think it could be glued back down with epoxy or filled in with p-tex. Price has been lowered to compensate for this. Otherwise the board is still a 9 out of 10 in condition. $275 shipped in lower 48. Best to e-mail me at jenintmk3 @ yahoo.com (remove spaces) if interested. Thanks for looking
  5. Only pow board I have is a Dynastar 3800 but not willing to part with it yet. I'll see if I can sell my Razor. If I have some luck with that I'll let you know.
  6. Would you be interested in trading for a G-Force Razor 164? I got it new and have riden it 3 days. It is a nice board with tons of edge hold. I got it to carve in softies, but realy would rather just carve in hard boots. Board does have a couple of very light scratches on the base from thin coverage but otherwise is still in great shape. I could use a good softboot board that would work well in powder. I demoed a Dupraz a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. Let me know if your interested.
  7. Saw a pair on CL in Canada. Think it was in the BC area. They were asking $700. I think they were new. One was 5'5" and the other 6'. Not sure which stiffness though. Hope this helps.
  8. I can only buy what I can get away with. Wife will kill me if I bought $2000 worth of snowboard gear. I can get away with $500 easily. Already have to spend $3000 on passes and club dues for kids ski club. Hard to justify thousands more on new board. Planning on upgrading by selling my older boards to fund purchase of 1 board. Still having hard time parting with older Burner, Proton, SG, Donek, etc. All are still fun and I like having a variety of boards to choose from. One day I'll make the switch though.
  9. I ended up buying the bindings. They are nice and mounted on my Burner right now. Saw some TD1's for a good price listed on here yesterday.
  10. Check under e-bay search racing snowboard starting bid $100 with bindings.
  11. Was thinking of selling the AF700's but I will try the 323s first. Might be worth setting these up for all mountain and keeping the AFs for carving. I'm only 160 lbs so the AFs were pretty stiff until I did some of the mods to them. They are pretty comfy for all but chopped up powder and mogels.
  12. I aquired a new pair of 323's. I've been riding some AF700's with a standard tongue(race tongue was giving me shin bang) and soft spring BTS. They also have ski buckles in place of the plastic ones. Will the 323's be similar or much softer overall? I'm also using a set of wrap around Scarpa Intuition liners. I have a set of ZipFit liners that I wanted to try in the 323's. Will these fit this shell? Was thinking of putting BTS on them with a blue spring too. I use the AF700's for all types of riding including freeriding off piste. They seem a little too stiff laterally when I'm doing bumps or tight trees. Will these 323's be a good combo of flex/comfort?
  13. Will second the 3800. Have a Dynastar one after I broke my O-sin one. Have used it on cat backcountry tour. Was awesome in the deep powder. Ride it on resort pow days too. Works great in tight trees. I set the bindings in the back most holes and set them slightly forward of center in the mounting slots. No leg burn as it floats quite well. Forgot to mention the Venture Storm. It looks like it might fit this bill too. Has similar shaped nose with soft flex in the nose too. Also tapered in the tail and incorporates decambered nose and tail. A little on the spendy side though. If I break my Dynastar, I think this will be its replacement.
  14. My wife has an Arbor Push. She likes it alot. It is a freeride board that is pretty stiff. Works great for size 8.
  15. Be careful riding a standard board. You will be carving it on hero and then hit hardpack and die! I've had my worst wrecks carving a freeride board in softies. They just don't have the edgehold.
  16. Will see if those might work for him. I just need him to walk into a ski shop and see what his actual mondo size is. He says that he wears a size 10.5 US street shoe but the 29 Winds I had him try on he had his toes jammed in the end before even buckling them. I think his soft boots are a 11.5?
  17. Are the boot still available? Got a friend who is looking for a pair of boots. He tried a set of 29 Burton Winds that his toes jammed into the end of so was thinking that these might work for him. He lives in Telluride so if you happen to go there he could try them on. I'll pass the info to him and see if he is interested.
  18. Was thinking of getting some NOS stepin boots and bindings. Wanted to try mounting them on my Razor 164. Will these things hold up to the stresses of carving? I weigh 160lbs. I was looking at some Rossignol SiS boots and bindings since I can get the whole set up for under $60. Are these bindings limited in any way, such as angle settings/forward lean, etc.? These are the type that have a high back on the binding. Was thinking that this might be a more comfortable setup than my standard strap bindings. Strap pressure = foot pain after a few hours of hard riding.
  19. I'm using some used Scarpa Intuition liners in my AF700s. Work great. Any moldable ski boot liner will work as long as they are the correct size and height. I know sierra trading post had a good price on new moldable ski boot liners. Might check there and see if they might have any in your size. Just got a like new set of ZipFit liners from e-bay for $10!
  20. SALE PENDING! Will update if they become available again.
  21. You want the center of the boots alligned with the center of the bindings. There is a small reference line on most boots to mark the center point. As far as angles, you might need more or less angle split between front and rear. This all depends on your natural stance. Try jumping up and see how much your feet are angled appart when you land. My feet splay appart and I'm most comfortable with between 10-15 degrees more in the front than rear foot. I don't have any trouble with boot out though since I wear a small size.
  22. More pics. E-mail me at jenintmk3 @ yahoo.com (remove spaces)
  23. BOOTS HAVE BEEN SOLD! THANKS FOR THE INTEREST! Here is a pair of like new boots. I don't think these have ever been used on the slopes. Look like they have been put in bindings 1 or 2 times, but heels look like they have never been used. Asking $175 shipped in lower 48. Will do Canada for $185. Would also consider trading for another pair of hard boots in size 29.5 - 30 M in decent shape + $'s. Something on the soft side would be good as I'm trying to get a buddy of mine set up and he is a beginner.
  24. Shell has a sticker on back that is labeled MP 29,0. The liners are marked 29.0. I sent you some pics via e-mail.
  25. Not sure of the year. I picked them up trying to get a buddy set up. Will get pics later this morning before I head out. They are blue clear on the bottom and white on top. They look like they have never actually been used on the slopes.
