  1. Men's small. These things are 10oz, ultra-compressible, and bombproof. I wouldn't carve in them, but I'd wear them anywhere else, in any other conditions. Sweet 3/4 length zips so you don't get pressure points from your pack belt or harness. On the bay around $110.... SOLD
  2. I'll measure the plates tomorrow, but they've worked fine for me with 23.5 and 24 shells. You need a minimum board width of 19cm or so, though.
  3. These are great Intec bindings for a lighter person (<160lb or so), and switch between boards easily. $100 shipped?

    hey fin!

I'd buy a once-yearly publication with big, glossy carving and gear photos, reviews, interviews, etc...
  5. I was pretty sure I had both a 3 and a 7 3d cant plate. I'll look around for them. My first choice would be to trade for the 4x4 centers, giving both of us workable binding cants on our respective boards.
  6. I got your back. 7 or 3 degree?
  7. Damn, those are some steals. If I was not a tiny man, I'd be all over that.
  8. What are these leather FLO liners? Are they an option on upz? Also, I noticed someone above griping about the current ZipFit models. At least on the ski forums, everyone seems to love them, and think they'll last forever. Anyone here use them?
  9. I've got a pair of 23.5 head stratos (not stratos pro, the softer model). They're intec compatible, and I've been able to fit a 24 thermo liner in there with not much trouble. Unfortunately, I only have the shells. I can toss in some 2x-molded tongue-style thermo liners, but if he's on the small end of the spectrum, you'll probably want to cruise ebay or something for some appropriately-sized ski boot liners. Make me a reasonable offer on 'em.
  10. That's amazing. Kid's going to own it in a few years.

  12. Would this be an inappropriate event at which to run gates for the first time? Chris told me I can do it "as long as can finish", but I don't want to screw up the course.
  13. "The competition is on Stadium. Gate Keepers will have a meeting on Saturday morning at 7 so that you can be placed on the hill by 8:30." Southwest quarter, by lake oswego
  14. Looks like I'm going to do this, but it means I need to be at the mountain by 7. Anyone else driving up? My friends refuse to take off early enough to make it.
  15. As much as I'm dying to try out that tanker, I can't make it up tomorrow. I'll be up thursday, and then I'll be trying to make it up a couple times a week starting the first week of april. If one of those works for you, cool, if not, thanks for the offer.
  16. no go today, and have a midterm wednesday, so we'll see about tuesday. but damn, that sounds good. I'll try to make it up.
  17. You're an odd rider. Your heelsides are some of the most stylish turns I've ever seen, up there with even the guys on the EC site (they have kind of a lay-back, straight-inclinated thing, whereas you're a lot more dynamic and forward). The heelsides are the harder EC turns, from what I've read and my personal experience, so that's pretty impressive. Your photo on the "faces of carving site" might be the single coolest heelside I've ever seen, period. What's up with your toeside, though? It's not that they're bad or anything, but they look closer to average inclinated carved turns than real EC-ing. Funky. The video kind of watches like "Wow!....aah......Wow!......aah.....Wow!"
  18. Those look like cateks to me....but the guy is a first-time seller, low-feedback. sketchy.
  19. I've been wanting to get a feel for different sort of powder boards- I've heard the fish, o'sin 3800 or 4807, or tanker 192 might suit me pretty well. If anyone would be willing to let me take theirs out for an hour or two, I'd buy you a six-pack (or pay you to buy yourself one, since I'm 19) and be eternally grateful.
  20. That cult sounds like *exactly* the board I've been looking for- 4wd meets a dupraz.
