  1. why not? there is no snow yet (here) and i've seen even more silly topics ;)
  2. Willywhit, did you had problem with hi res? what player you used? for me no probs with new media player or VLC (which i recommend and prefer). I assume that you saved it first on disk, cause i believe hi res version is tough call to play directly.
  3. I've seen those live, many times ;) but as said most "un-sexiest" fiber look, but who cares about look if board works. My reference to poo-color was related folks comments to carbon and texalium, which both look much better
  4. Unfortunately for my eye color of zylon looks like baby poo I like sooo much more look of my Tinkler colors, and pricing is cheaper and i can adjust board as i want according day. But it is just silly me
  5. With F2 Joint HBX and F2 Hurricanes there is no problem, that is one freaking great soft combo. I'm targeting to test this winter them with Fatjack too
  6. Es wurde schön mit dich da carven. Du kanst meine Tinklers da probieren
  7. I've been carving in Norway since early 90's cause i love that place. Great slopes and great off piste, as per films. I'm from Finland btw Will give feedback also, specially i like to compare them to Bomber kits. But give me time for that caus eit is really not season here and i need to really run on both to give real feedback.
  8. Great to hear, just placed order in, should get it next week ;) Cant wait to install and test it.
  9. Silent, can i use Sflex with F2 Joint HBX bindings ? in titanal board to protect metal among other benefits :D I mean that you dont see any issues there related Sflex and HBX bindings ? Otherwise HBX can not be used there anyway EDIT, updated Joint to binding name :p
  10. As per my signature: Swell Panik Magistral 185 When i had Swoard earlier i used there 50/40 angels with softboots
  11. Ome more useless comment from me is same as in original thread
  12. Here is one clip with "helmet cam" or in reality on Boot cam this time  http://pensnowboard.com/zap.wmv Yes it works somehow in that tiny mode but using it as part of "film" with decent quality it is quite poor :( Best part with those tiny cams is that you can get exotic views from places like under skateboard etc but main pain really is low resolution. And please no comments about my lines on track
  13. I'm on Sony HDR-HC3 and been quite happy with that, had earlier Panasonic GS70 but updated due HD  Batteries on both are surviving quite nicely, have two sets on both and pretty much either get bored to film or freeze my fingers before run out power. Only thing i dont like with Sony is internal viewfinder due it can not be turned to look from upside which makes filming with tripod quite difficult/impossible. Have also small headcam unit to be connected to camera but due missing video input on that Sony (and due it gives just low quality output) i have not used it lately.
  14. Flexboardz, if you look for carving feeling and dont want necessary get longboard feeling :)
  15. There should be perhaps instructions also for case when binding is longer than boot ( ie when boot size is 22+) cause then then there are different rules how to setup whole setup
  16. I agree, i've been trying to learn myself from photo sequences windsurfing, slalom skating and carving several years. And sometimes it is great hepl, specially when timing of photos is correct. Same goes also when watching films in slow motion, then you really can get all out. Running carves of good rider on 1/8th speed yoy really can see what makes difference, on slope or on track. DVDs are great, i have ruined some many tapes in history doing this
  17. Yes perhaps if only visual difference would be "color" of the board
  18. That also depends very much of brand and model of boot. But in principle it should go for most boots.
  19. You did not specify your boot size, but based on some boards listed there i make quess what you are after. I would recommend Blackjack 721 EDIT: i'm slightly heavier and longer than you and my favorite is 821, also cause i ride very seldomly on any board under 180

Yes that has some triple ammount of carbon it. Layout of carbon is different and all of that is not even visible in picture That was little experiment i did to change board and to play with carbon. Modification was succesfull, but i have not used board much due switching mainly to Pens (and Tinklers). In reality sold already Madd 180 and 170 away, buyer for that mod exist, so only one still on list is small one of my wife. I really need to update this family picture, some members missing and some have left family
