Chubz
If anyone knows names and/or contact numbers for the guys who use to make Riots, please post. Thanks Greg
Snowman
The company is the same one that mfrs Riot kayaks. I have tried to get information from them in the past but got absolutely no response from them at all. Good luck and post if you get any information. D.T.
Corran Addison was the former owner of Riot. He was running the company when the boards were made. He sold the company several years ago; this is the reason Riot, in recent years, has not returned messages regarding snowboards. Corran is currently working with Drago Rossi designing kayaks. If you really need information about Riot boards, GOOGLE Corran and try finding his contact info. You will likely find him on several kayaking bulletin boards. BobD
http://www.2imagine.net/news.html Great river surfing vids/pics, kayak and board. I tried a lot of searches a while back to find out about Riot alpine boards, but found nothing. Knowing Addison's rep, my guess is they were a little "different" BobD

diver john
I have a 179 supercarve from 2001. That was the last year they made race boards. They used alot of carbon fiber in the boards and the side cut on the super carve was 11meters. The board is way more capable than I am. Stiff, springy, narrow and fast if you ever find one get it. I met the boards designer (a South African guy) at Tremblant the previous year at a industry demo and he let me try it. I was sold half way through the first run. bartron
It's the same guys who make the kayaks (http://www.riotkayaks.com ). I live just down the street from those guys. It would have been really cool if they still made snowboards.
