bobdea
Revelation was the first company to have the sliding inserts and they had Farmer riding for them when he was all washed up and could hardly ride I think Rev no longer exists their inserts had the same weaknesses that the current sliding inserts but worse not sure if that deck has the sliders

Victory
I used to ride that board back in the day (like 1995). It doesn't have the Rev slidder / Freedom Groove insert, but it does have a channel base. It's also super stiff and has an asym core (meaning that the toeside edge of the board is thicker than the heelside), so make sure it's right for you. Lest I tell Shawn to come and Kick your xxs. Shawn still rock, he was seen recently terrorizing the extreme terrains of Europe.

Victory
Ya, it was a great board and very ahead of its time. I believe that it was designed by Nelson Jenson (spelling?) who then went on to work with Chris Prior after Rev's downfall. Broz
