grayontray
Hiho, knowledgeable ones: I very luckily was given a pair of TD2s (thanks, Buster) after breaking a binding last year. Problem is once front foot is in it’s nearly impossible to catch heel bale with boot. IT MOVES! I have had a few suggestions and am looking for more. I think it needs a new spring but not sure any are available. Nor do I have a clue how to replace one. So if anyone has a workaround I am all ears. Many thanks. Allee
Put it in position and wrap some electrical tape around where the bale meets the binding. Then it can't fall backwards.

Corey
I used a thick plastic tarp and made a washer shape that went between the lug and the block. This added friction without locking it in place. 1 small step nicer than electrical tape.
