Very, very sad day. I'm selling part of my equipment due to injury. I took 2 years off from carving due to shoulder surgeries. I was ready to come back this season but injured my shoulder again due to an unrelated accident, so I'm now in for another surgery that will keep me away from the sport for another 2 years...everything I'm selling is in great condition, very lightly used since I had several boards and little time. All of the board have their base covered in thick wax and were stored inside the house and I never rode in rocks, spring snow or anything like that so the bottoms are near mint. I will put some more detailed pictures and shipping info later today. I live in Riverside CA, we can meet in person in the area for the next 2 weeks only, then I can only ship since I won't be able to drive due to surgery. My heart bleeds but realistically I won't be able to ride for a long time.

Coiler VSR 180 - 4x4 and UPM pattern. M+P F 012 CDB 6.7+8 - Average 14 SCR. This is an amazing board, actually unique. It's a one of a kind built by Bruce Varsava, with a stiffer nose. Use it with an Apex plate and you have a killer setup. From Bruce's own words: "Some now prefer a centered pattern around the 4x4s but I believe that is not ideal. However that particular board was a bit of a test board in that it has a bit stiffer nose to help balance out the extra power from the plate. Mostly riders will use a plate on icy snow where they want a softer feel so I do not adjust the flex pattern to a stiffer nose as it could get a bit too stiff for riding without the plate. Many factors involved but that is the basic philosophy of it. Reality is that it is a try and see situation. There are so many adjustments and riding styles it really gets to be a personal thing. I would start by trying to get the bindings in a similar position and take it from there. That was the only board ever made like that as it was the serial number M+P ( the P stands for plate flex) which distinguishes it.So that board does have a bit extra nose stiffness and a bit softer tail with more decamber as the original Apex plates were so torsionally stiff you needed to reduce tail power or they were too hard to control"   Board is in great shape, no scratches on top or bottom. It's super stable at high speed yet responsive enough to swerve through traffic in the slopes... works very well even without plate, but with the plate it's just something else...   $400+shipping

APEX RACE PLATE V2 - UPM hardware - Bough it and used 5 days, good as new and a killer combo with the Coiler above. $500+shipping, I will knock $50 off if you buy the combo

Volkl RT 178 - Probably the most pristine example you can come across. Close to perfect condition you can hardly tell it's used. $200 + shipping

Catek Olympic bindings - Long plate, complete with rubber isolators, in very good condition. I'll knock off $25 if you buy them with the RT. $100+shipping SOLD

Virus Rocket 162 - 8 SCR - Ok so this was my go-to board for tight slopes. Turns on a dime, maybe too quick for me. It's in great condition but has very minor blemishes on top so I priced it accordingly $100 + Shipping SOLD

Ahaha I don't actually know the weight range for the board, I'm over 200lbs myself and the board is not having any problems. It's got an aggressive camber, radius and flex which means it turns on a dime but when you go fast and apply all that weight, it simply turns too fast under you. How do I know? Dislocated shoulder, fractured humerus. Learned my lesson, I will get something less aggressive in the future. BTW board is sold

Hahah interestingly enough, I used it only 4 times, 2 of which the board tried to kill me so I think it's time to call it quits for this one...I guess lack of experience and stupidity played a big role too,but that's a different story...the board itself has a ton of camber and it's in great shape. The price reflects the good deal I got originally, I used to live in Italy and bought it at a small shop that was closing down near the Austrian boarder, got it for a steal and I'm passing the savings along.  If only I knew better,  I would have bought a truckload of boards from them...

Love my Apex plate. I think the hardware solution, even though finicky with the washers, is the superior way to mount a plate when compared to other floating plates.

Except for maybe how JJA does it. But that's a board plate combo kinda thing.
