1xsculler
Continue trying to improve so when I go to Whistler again next year I can ride good enough to keep up with my pretty good snowboard kids with whatever skidding is necessary so I can take advantage of the intermittent pitches which are carvable for my skill level.

1xsculler
My kids, and soon my grandkids, abilities have surpassed mine for years. I think you missed the point of my post. I want to improve my snowboarding skills enough between now and this time next year so I don't have to resort to skis, as I did this year, so I can ride with them and throw a few carved turns in when conditions are appropriate. Sorry don't intend to sound dismissive. I found it easier to switch to a Skwal and thereby eliminate all comparisons !
