AcousticBoarder Posted January 15, 2016 Report Share Posted January 15, 2016 Snow report info! It has been decently windy up here the last couple days (Mammoth). Wednesday storm gave us about 1.5 inches at the base, but with the wind it has blown off. Hopefully wind will subside through tonight, and the storm rolling in will linger and drop some snow without it all being blown away... expecting up to 7 inches it looks like. Today when I was riding none of the lifts seem to have been closed because of wind, but yesterday there definitely were some. (as I am writing this there are some huge gusts blowing through...) Yesterday and today was definitely hard pack in the open areas with sections that are sheltered retaining powder. Be prepared for wind! What time are you expecting to be up tomorrow?
