snowboardfast
Is it okay to bring gear to ses to sell? I would assume a person could leave a sign at the demo tent with name and number and prices of items and then you could arrange meet up with interested buyers. I would assume that it is not permissible to leave used items at the demo tent as it would cause problems for Fin and Michelle that they don't need. I wonder if it is okay to post a sign at the demo tent?
SunSurfer
I've got an Ogasaka MX Limited 154cm advertised in the For Sale section at present. I will it bring to SES if the buyer is also coming, so the sale would be agreed ahead of time, not at SES. That pretty much gets rid of the shipping costs from New Zealand for a buyer! I wasn't planning on bringing it otherwise, too many other boards want to come, and I need to watch the weight allowance.
Corey
I've seen boards for sale with 'for sale' notes on them on the racks beside the tent. No personal gear is allowed in the tent as it gets too confusing too fast for the busy folks in it. There's no place to leave anything other than boards though. Maybe a picture/note attached to a board? I've sold a few things at SES, all by posting on the forums and then making the final exchange with someone there.
