If she can't handle flour all over, what happens when one of those rugrats actually hurts himself. She'll flip the eff out. And what's with the video tour? Put the camera down and dispense some discipline lady, geez. Seems like a good chance for a lesson in personal responsibility. Disclaimer, I have no children. But I do stay at Holiday Inn Express.
